Great product; helpful staff
Bought Elk steak and Tallow and the Tallow arrived broken, they were very responsive and sent another Talkow for free as a replacement.

Not as tender as marketed.
The website indicated that the meat sold in the Bison Teres Major Family Pact would be tender, almost like filet mignon. I thought it was more like a tri-tip. I don't think it was worth the premium price.

High-quality meats with exceptional service! Everyone enjoyed the bison burgers and hot dogs we cooked up from Beck and Bulow for labor day. They were out of the size patties I wanted to order, so they threw in a case of Yerba Mate and gave me an additional discount. We will purchase our meats from Beck and Bulow every time!

Puny Bison Filets
I first purchased some lovely bison filets at the farmers market in Santa Fe. They were amazing and I was hooked. Before I even returned home to Texas, I ordered a large order for home delivery. The filets were so good I decided to spring for the Bison King and Queen Box as it showcased two filets and a mouthwatering massive tomahawk ribeye. I was excited for the order to arrive only to discover upon unpacking that I received 2 puny filets. Since the orders were hand selected I would have expected a better selection of filets having ordered a box that showcased "8oz filets". I understand the size of a filet can vary but it was disappointing none the less.

When our team packs orders, if there is a weight smaller than listed, it is most often balanced out with a heavier weight of another product.
