From registration & departure our 2 night stay in #3 our 2 bedroom cabin was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable & immaculate. It was equipped with a television…fireplace…radio…coffee maker…coffee…fridge…stove & utensils. The bathroom was fully equipped ..Everything you could possibly need. The grounds were very well maintained & hanging basket flowers on the cabins. The view of the Athabaska River & the mountains was beautiful. This was our second stay at Becker’s & plan to return on our future tour of Banff. I absolutely recommend Becker’s Cabins💥💥💥💥💥

I stayed at Crescent Lodge on May 23rd and paid $545 for a four-bedroom suite. Before checking out, we inquired if we needed to clean the utensils, and were told, "We would appreciate it if you do, but you can leave them as is." Based on this, we decided not to clean them. Subsequently, we were charged a $100 housekeeping fee twice as a penalty. When we addressed this with the management, they argued that it was a communication issue on our part and described our actions as "disgusting." Both the owner and the manager misbehaved and made the experience horrible. They were unapologetic and rude, turning the situation into a courtroom-like confrontation.

Additionally, during check-out, they accused us of losing a basketball used during our stay. We insisted it was still there and had to personally verify its
