Avoid!! Like others on here I bought a pair of Hoka trainers because of the price. Because they were the wrong size I've been asking for a return label for months and they ignore my request. At the start they led me along saying they would send the return label, now they are silent. Unfortunately there is a reason the trainers are cheaper - the service is terrible.

It’s a scam bought 2 pair of trainers 6 week ago no response or anything avoid like the plague. My bank trying to get my money back back 😡😡😡😡

As others have said - complete bull do not order anything from this con artist - mugged off for weeks on end about back end issue waiting for return info

The item was was not as advertised and wanted me to prove the faults before considering return

Is it a scam? It is hard to tell. I queried the sale of Hokas but they said that they were trying something new. At that price, happy to try it out. It took a very very long time to get them delivered. The shoes are good but the wrong size and in a very damaged box. I've held on to them as I did not believe that I would get a refund. A polite and promised 20% refund for inconvenience has not materialized either. The website looks good but it is clearly a small business linked to other 3rd party suppliers and probably in the Chinese market, notorious for cheaper made, second hand or fake goods. The UK address is a small bungalow in Newport and I assume this is just made up. . The contact was Sophia Nikols, which I assume is a fake name. Not sure if a scam. The shoes did arrive. They do look good, probably not genuine but I was trusting an online organisation where there was no physical contact and now dubious reviews. No experience with the furniture side of things but I would advise a lot of caution. It looks like they are now also trading as Gainlier, and including Hokas. They have moved to a nice house in north London. I wonder if the owners know.

Waiting for return instructions over 2 weeks after initial request. Ordered shoes which took over a month to arrive. They were too small so need to return for refund. getting email replies promising instructions will be sent by other department and apologising for delay but this is ridiculous now. Wish I'd read other reviews on here before ordering. Certainly never using this company again!

I ordered Hoka 9 back in 27th of May. The website says my order is still in transit. Been trying to contact them on their email and phone number and have got no replies.

I ordered some HOKA trainers. They took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and came directly from China, even though the website has no mention of this. When they arrived they were complere copies and had already started to fall to bits. They are cheap, nasty copies and I still got charged £55.00 for them! - I am still waiting for a refund....DO NOT BUY from here!

Sent me fake shoes after waiting 18 days. Now refusing communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are clearly a scam and inaunthentic. 3 weeks later and no sign of my order, they are refusing to cancel or even provide return instructions (should the shoes ever arrive)

Do not order from this company! Ordered Hoka 9 trainers which are a clear fake. Came in plastic bag with no box or tags. Poor foam and support. No answer from their phone number on the website and their address comes back to a residential bungalow! Avoid!

I ordered a "handmade" Waldorf doll on beckfordus- what I received is a cheap plastic looking doll that looks nothing like the image on the website. The quality is poor! They also said it would come in a beautiful gift box but it arrived taped in plastic. I have written to them to return my order and get a full refund so I am still waiting. I will update this review once I know how smooth the return - refund process is.
UPDATE- I have emailed them multiple times and called them on the number provided but no response! I've now had to dispute it with my credit card company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM! SCAM!

Sells fake goods, if you buy from them, call your bank to get your money back.

This is a scam website, do not purchase through them. They previously traded as Refdol. They've been reported to the UK authorities and you should do the same.

Update to my review of 12.5.25. The Hoka trainers did arrive after 27 days. No boxes, 1 pair wrong size. Wrapped in different cheap plastic with Chinese labels. Look genuine but almost definitely fake - a few tell tale signs. The phone number for Beckfordus does not exist. The registered address is a bungalow in Shropshire. I remember when I ordered that there was an almost identical website called Refdol. That no longer exists. Do not trust this site.

By all appearance, this is the same set up as shopfoxtons, a 'shop' that is repeatedly identified as a scam. I urge you to proceed with caution.
