Very bad business practices
This company is good until you have an issue with them. I purchased a bulk bag of rhinestones and they were very foggy. I told a lady named "Annette", which I believe is the owner or manager. She informed me that they are currently not accepting any returns but since I said the stones are foggy to take a picture and send it to her. You cannot tell in the pictures that the stones are foggy you have to see them I'm person. Well she then agreed to send me a return label. I emailed her telling her when I'll be sending the rhinestones back. Then I had to send 2 more emails inquiring about my refund. I never heard from her for 2 weeks. Then I check my emails and received a refund for a lesser amount then what I paid. I emailed asking why and she basically told me that they did me a favor taking back the stones and that there wasn't anything wrong with the stones. This was there "house" line and if I wanted a better quality I should of gotten the "Luxe" line. This isn't normally how the "house" line is because I've purchased both in the past. The stones are unusable. There is no way I can make a tumbler for a paying customer with defective stones. They need to inspect their stones before sending them to paying customers. I know a good quality stone when I see it and the bulk bag I received was bad. Then She proceeded to say I used 10 gross of stones from the bag which is about 1,440 stones so this is why I wasn't refunded my total amount. This isn't true. I may of used 20 stones at the most before I figured out the bag was full of defective ones. She never told me In any of my emails that because of all this I would be refunded a lesser amount then what I paid. For weeks I've waited patently for my refund with no response. Then at the two week mark I received an email saying I would be refunded but with a different amount so I inquire about it and get a nasty email basically calling me a liar. In my opinion this is a bad company. All I have to say is be weary if you use them. Once you have a bad batch of stones or any issues with them you will see their true colors.
Update- After I wrote her one final email saying I will no longer be a customer and that I will let all my friends and family and social media know of my experience she writes me back saying she's sorry I feel this way and states again their return policy and calls me a liar again by saying the stones were not defective and that I kept over 1,000 stones. I feel that this is insane and unprofessional of her to keep writing me saying the same things over and over. I'm done with this so called company and I truly hope no one has to experience this. I am so glad to take my business elsewhere. I don't need to have this type of treatment when their stones were defective. I feel I did nothing wrong to deserve this type is treatment from any company. Be createful is rude and unprofessional in my opinion.
