Becs was amazing at leading us through such a difficult conversation, getting to the right bits that needed to be sorted through and making us all feel safe in the process.
The progress made was astounding and much more in line with my hopes for the meeting than my fears. We are so grateful to Becs for taking us on and with such care. We are hopeful for renewed family relationships now and know that Becs was a huge part of making that happen.

Becs is very professional and personal, discreet and unbiased, she has all the qualities that you need for a great mediator. Provides a safe listening environment to hear and understand your situation and feelings of the disagreement or conflict between the various parties. Is able to independently hear both parties side of events and ask the relevant questions to help your understanding in preparation for the joint in person meeting of all involved. With the mediation meeting Becs creates a non-threatening relaxed atmosphere and ensures that every person is able to have their say and have their feelings heard without interruption or judgement. Becs is good at summarising and clarifying each persons statement to help in clearing up any misunderstandings. During the discussion stage Becs keeps the conversation on topic helping to ensure the real issues get resolved. I would not hesitate in recommending Becs to anybody wanting the best mediator.

Becs' guidance on resolving conflicts between family members was incredibly valuable. Her advice and tips were not only practical but also deeply insightful. She helped me navigate a complex and emotionally charged situation with clarity and understanding.

Becs modelled the mix of warmth , humility and courage that was needed to set the tone for our team. She instigated the non-judgemental environment giving permission for the team to explore and drew on and valued the experiences and contributions of everyone. She had prepared her stories and teaching points well and gave opportunities for the participants to activate their processing of the challenges .
