Would recommend this company again and again – Billy and Adam were both such an absolute pleasure to deal with, so understanding and dedicated to making sure I knew my options, etc. I hope not to need to use them again, but I certainly would without hesitation!

They knew their subject and gave good advise. They did a heat and spray treatment to my house to get rid of bed bugs. They said that one treatment may not be enough. However, it seemed to do the trick. No bites since their visit on 4th Dec 24. So nearly 5 weeks.

They were quick to respond to my call and efficiently dealt with the problem, taking about two hours to do the job. My wife and I are very happy. Ohh reasonably priced as well.

I returned from overseas and did not realise I had been bitten by bedbugs until a few days later. This meant that I had brought my luggage into the house. I was therefore very concerned about the possibility of transferring bedbugs into the home. Billy has been absolutely fantastic; offering great advice on what to look for and being at the end of the phone for reassurance. He has also given me a very cost effective treatment plan if unfortunately they do appear. I would thoroughly recommend Bed Bug Hunters.

Our bed was being replaced, on collection of the old one, they found traces of bedbugs, we went into panic mode! I researched numerous companies after speaking to a few, Billy from Bed bug hunters gave me the most relevant information, without trying to scare me or get me to pay a fortune.I also preferred the treatment they suggested.They came to see me the next day with an agreed price and plan of action. They did a thorough inspection, luckily no trace of bugs were found we decided upstairs treated anyway just to make sure. They were happy to leave us without any treatment, and give us the all clear, it was nice to see they obviously not after money. Don’t use them, they are unprofessional, don’t know what they are doing, they are dishonest and clearly want just to make money out of you. They don’t know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is the best bed bug service. The chemical used to kill the pest worked magnificently, people advised me to use all kinds of home remedies that didn’t work. Don’t be cheap when it comes to dealing with these creatures. They are stubborn and they are relentless. Bed bug hunters were amazing at their job, they helped us understand what we needed to do and now everyone is sleeping well. I would recommend their service 10000%!

We hired BBH a few months ago and waited until now to write a review so that we could ensure the results were permanent.

Billy made contact very quickly after we first approached the company. He then took the time to reassure me that this happens to everyone and is not because of lack of cleaning, as I was very embarrassed about the whole situation.
He was very honest about the treatment he provides and did not try to push for the costlier one, though he said he could provide it if we wanted.
He explained step by step what needed to be done prior to the treatment (e.g.: how to properly clean clothes and store them away). He attended to our property less than 48 hours after our initial contact and was able to identify the nests within seconds of looking at our bed.
He did the treatment quickly and left our place in pristine conditions. I was bitten once more after the treatment and contacted him again, and was promptly reassured that it can be common immediately after the treatment - just before the chemicals completely kill them. Besides that, I have not seen a bed bug not have been bitten once in 6 months.

From my research, BBH’s technique is unique and is the best for flats. The heat treatment can be useful, but often can make the bugs escape to adjacent flats - which does not prevent their return. The localised heat treatment in combination with the chemical treatment appears to kill both eggs and bed bugs. A trained eye (like Billy’s) can spot them with a significant degree of accuracy and exterminate them.

I would just recommend that you follow the pre-treatment steps as thoroughly as possible, as if this is not done results may not be as good.

I sincerely hope to never have to use BBH services again, but I would certainly hire them again if needed. And strongly recommend them to anyone dealing with this terrible pest.

This company is one of the best I have come across, Billy was so lovely and reassuring. I recently went away and brought home the unexpected bugs. I emailed him around midnight and he got back to me within an hour! He was over within 3 days and the whole issue was dealt with that day! He was so helpful with all my bags I was taking to the laundrette!

Honestly we have gone through a very rough year dealing with this issue. Over the counter products work for time but then bugs return. Please everyone save your money. Call these guys first. For the first time in a very long time the whole family has had uninterrupted sleep. They are discreet, professional, polite and very understanding. Very fairly priced for the service provided. I fully recommend this family run business. A BIG THANK YOU.

Billy attended to our property less than two days after we first contacted him and finished the job quickly. Treatment seems effective so far and we’ve not seen another live bug since.

Thank goodness I didn’t have bed bugs. But I did see a bug on my bed which I thought might be. I contacted Bed Bug Hunters who asked me to send a picture. They confirmed it was not bed bugs.

After recently discovering a bed bug infestation in my room I was distraught. However, Blago, Michael and the whole team at Bed Bug Hunters were fantastic. Not only did they arrange and provide a rapid, effective treatment for the issue but they were happy to discuss the issue at length, give advice beyond the call of duty and held a calm and polite manner with me the whole time.

Compared to other companies I contacted to help with the issue, the treatment seemed very fairly priced and well executed. The results about a week after the first treatment were fantastic with a huge decreease in activity. We had a follow up treatment as a precaution and have seen no activity since.

Had treatment done 3 weeks ago and found Billy to be very understanding towards the issues we where having with Bed bugs. Never have I had to experience the horrors that we went through trying to get rid of them. Tried over the counter products but no joy. Billy got to the route of the problem and set out to treat. Sadly Bed Bug Hunters do not cover my area, but they have gone out of their way to give me excellent advice, and have been far more helpful than local companies.
Hoping they choose to expand in the very near future!

These guys were truly excellent. They run a 24-hour hotline and answered my call at midnight on the night of my bedbug discovery. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, and booked a treatment in asap. The treatment was quick, efficient and effective (they eliminated the infestation in one session). I rang them several more times with (sometimes paranoid...) questions in the following weeks and they were always extremely patient and helpful. They obviously know there stuff, are realistic with you and are super calm and practical in a very stressful situation. I wholeheartedly recommend.
