Bad experience

Bad experience. Instead of the promised 24/48 hours, it took 8 days to ship it, plus 5 days to deliver it. I received a different mattress size compared to what I had ordered.

No updates given while I was waiting. When it was given to delivery company (GLS), not even a phone number to schedule delivery. I juts had to stay home for days until they brought it home.

op de bestelde datum was er een beetje achterstand door drukte van de levering, hiervoor hebben wij dan ook naar u een email gestuurd. (vanuit onze systeem)

de e-mail is verstuurd op 29/10 naar ver****@telenet.be. Helaas is daardoor de levering vertraagd.

Uit uw review te lezen is dat de enigste minpunt, ik wens u alvast een goede nachtrust met uw nieuwe matras.

Top service

Top service, long time ago since I've experienced this top service,
Fast delivery and the mattress feels like the description on their website!
Will definitely order in the future again with Beddenwinkel, also recommend my friends to order with Beddenwinkel.

Beddenwinkel were very helpful and friendly. Delivery was in 48 hour. The matres is good quality and the price is good, but what maters most of all is comfort and it passes that with flying colours. Thank-you Beddenwinkel.
