Prior to covid- 19 Beddinginn was fine.. now they are scamming people. They sent my package to the wrong address . Made me pay again for shipping and now they won’t respond to my emails. I ordered car seat covers as a gift for my spouse and I never received an email confirmation, tracking info, nor have I been able to get in contact with customer service. Also this "company" has a way of popping up with advertisements on sites that they should have no idea that I am viewing. If I do not receive what I ordered soon, I will be taking further action!

No response from company, no way to check order status
I placed an order on 5/22/2020, and I only received an order receipt from PayPal. When I try to log into Beddinginn's website, it pops up the Privacy and Disclaimer window. The pop-up does nothing when I click on "Agree and Continue". When I click on the link for the details on Privacy and Disclaimer, I get directed to "404 - Oops, it seems you have got lost!". I emailed Beddinginn on 5/30/2020 to check on my order status and inform them about the issue with logging in, and no response. I tried calling the phone # listed for Customer Support, and the phone just rings. I do continue to get emails about sales, but there is no point in purchasing anything if I don't receive the items.
***Update: Beddinginn responded to the review, stating they sent me an email with the tracking information. Today is Fri 6/5/20, and I have not received this. Still waiting on response.***

Exactly Like The Picture
I ordered 2 sets of sheets from Beddinginn. I was very very concerned after reading reviews, they did take 4 weeks to arrive (China to Australia). I was concerned when the tracking was removed from my order. Every time I sent an email I received a response with in 24 hours with tracking details. The sheets arrived yesterday and are perfect, exactly like the picture.

This is junk! It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I would never hang that junk on my windows. It was suppose to be 3D but it looks like fading paint! Over $200 for junk! Trying to find a way to get my money back is the biggest challenge of all!

Scam
Scam. They send your item to a fake address and never provide tracking number so that they can have your package sent back to them. Make you pay for reshipping fee and still never give you a tracking number. $160 down the drain. Everyone report them. Eventually the site will get shut down.

If you want to get scammed, go with them. Worst customer service and the materials are as cheap as they come. Also, good luck fitting the carseat covers because they suck at that too. How is this business still allowed to sell anything? My experience with them was so nightmarish, I reported them to better business bureau.

I sent a message and nothing. I contacted PayPal to get a refund before they even ship the order. I've read through many messages on here of people ordering and totally getting the wrong things. They want you to keep it and refund a small amount of your money. Don't fall for it. You never get what you order IF you receive anything at all. Help spread the word and get this site shut down. Recently, after started the covid19 in US, if we search curtain, cars seat, home decoration etc in internet, beddinginn.com is coming first before amazon, warfare, eBay or any other USA retailer shops. The people are thinking this is local online retailer. They are misleading the customers with multiple attractive pictures. They will not respond customers if try to contact. I think they will not send item or sent wrong item as proof of delivery.
I don't know how can control these kind of business.
I think one more Chinese company Beddinginn.com is taking advantages of Covid19 from US by internet fraud.

This is fraud!!! Do not use this website it NEEDS to be SHUTDOWN. I ordered seat covers on here for $172 dollars I never received them. Never got a confirmation number and got charged for the item.
