I placed an order on 1-17-20.Sub order number is 1036219. They took my money never received anything. Called number from my CC company never got a response. I feel like I was robbed. The number that was given says they are observing a holiday. But that was last month. Take my advice don't BUY anything from them.

Total fscam , ordered a sweatshirt for my kid that he was begging me for and against my better judgment I ordered it. B- blank email response and then nothing - f this “company”

Poor services, no way to track my order since five days , is there a way to rate them negative five or zero? I don’t trust this site

I believe that this company is a scam. I have sent several emails about certain concerns and no one responds. Very frustrating.

Do not order from this company, they are a total scam operation. Told me they were on spring break in the middle of winter in their country. Reply long enough to make sure your payment clears then you never hear from them again. Totally the purest form of scam scum sucking M..... F.....’s on earth.

Never got my order - placed it over a month ago and i keep checking but no information about shipping- They took my credit card money Immediately- i checked website on google and agree with the fact that are a SCAM- i filed a complaint with Paypall and my credit card company- nothing back from them with progress on the investigation !

Alright ! So today I finally received my product . I ordered on 30.dec.2019 and received on 22.Jan.2020. they shipped the package on 13 Jan.2020.

Everything was going smooth , I was getting timely emails from beddinginn and all of sudden what happened in my beddinginn account was : I was unable to see the updates by clicking on ">", before that I was able to see where my product is : prepared/passed quality inspection/ready for packinging etc....... I got scared and immediately went online to see reviews by entering in Google , it showed me different website with all positive and majorily negative reviews. I immediately filed a dispute with Paypal to gain protection and they contacted seller for info , another thing , when I read reviews the package was not yet shipped and accordingly to their cancelation policy I was eligible for full refund as my item was not a custom one, if I tell them about it before shipment.
Simultaneously, with Paypal, I also sent an email to beddinginn saying I am not satisfied with all all what happened , like not able to see updates and also bad reviews , I told them to cancel the order and give my money back. Strange they never replied to that email and quicky sent another email the next day saying we have shipped the product. How unprofessional that is.

It increased my doubt in company but I had no choice except to see what they sent me.

Anyways , it took almost 10-12 days to receive it , including my Christmas gift , it's scheduled for tomorrow. I don't know yet how it looks like but they sent me a king size bedding set,

I got the order (Pastoral Decoration Drapes 2 Panels Curtain) , It is exactly the same as in picture , may be by chance or what I don't know , the product is a good quality and I very much like it , but still the negative reviews are still in my mind and that has scared me so much that I would not think of placing a second order unless and until I really want to risk my money. Or, may be I will try to place a small order and see their response and what I get for the money I paid.

I don't know what to say but wanted to share my experience.

For the account created on beddinginn ,I definitely expect to see everything in my account each and every update , but I am still thinking why I wasn't able to see the updates , was it like they blocked me, why any company will do that , highly unprofessional. I will give only 3 stars

2 stars deducted for:

- Was not able to see complete details in my account and had no choice to cancel the product on my behalf. Had to send an email, to which they never replied .

- how smartly they informed me next day saying we shipped the order , it was like they imposed their product on me, that's a different story I got what I requested for and what I see in the picture otherwise it would have been a big frustration for me. Paying for the return shippment (if Paypal couldn't help me). I don't know about how Paypal deal with this as I asked them to close request the moment I got what I ordered.

Update: I like the product quality alot and might order again, received my Christmas gift too , it’s amazing quality. May order more , doesn’t look spam to me anymore

Ordered car seat covers which were plastic instead of advertised leather. Company won’t respond to return requests and even has a 7 day return window. Company shouldn’t be allowed to sell in this country. Total scam artists,

Recieved my order yesterday but it sure wasnt worth 65.00 thats for sure..

I’m very frustrated with this company, if it even is a real company, I placed an order for 1 hoodie on December 18th 2019. It was paid in full and still hasn’t shipped it’s been 18 days! I have sent messages to find out when it will ship since I needed it before the 1st of the year. No response at all. The return policy says if it’s canceled after 24 hours it will only be a 50% refund on the order. Don’t waste your money on this scam!!

Advertised a duvet cover as 'luxury' 'quality' etc. Photo showed beautiful soft blue and cream satin effect. Came as a black and white creased cotton that my grandma would have made a better job of. Came from China when I searched to check it didn't as I really did want top quality. No response through customer service. Paypal involved but cost of return shipping down to me even though the item supplied was totally incorrect. What a scam. If they put the same energy into sending the correct goods everyone wins!

Ordered custom seat covers from this company, and received a confirmation from them saying To check my email after I paid. Checked email for confirmation and email wanted me to pay again to complete order after I already paid. Then I receive an email that I can’t really view, I can see just enough where it says thank you for your concern, which I didn’t have one, and that order can’t be fulfilled, but when I click to view full email it’s blank. I emailed the company back asking for my refund which I probably won’t get due to being scammed!!!!

Im here to share my experience about BeddinInn.com. I put my order in for 2 sweaters on 12/5/19. It wwasnt till 12/12/19 I recieved an e-mail with my order number and shipping. So I contacted them asking why it took so long and that that their tracking number did not work. I also explained that my order was a Christmas gift(s) and was worried that I wouldn't receive them on time. They e-mailed me back saying it says on their website that it takes 4-5 days to make an item/order and to be patient. #1 Red flag-4-5 days to make an order. #2 red flag - 6 days to give a confirmation with an order number and tracking. So I waited couple more days for tracking number to work, finally it worked! China post office recieved a package I saw!!! So I contacted them again concerned with a time frame and now quality of a sweaters. They said it says on their website that shipping is that long and products are shipped from China and that i will not recieve my items on time which in return I said No it DOES NOT I want my money back because their web site and advertisement is misleading which in return they said it was too late for a refund due to items are already shipped. Then I receive my items on 26th which is a kind of a fast shipping from China . I open packaging pull out those sweaters(hoodies) and thry are the quality that I expected - horrible! Colors are water down thry are not even black. 3d print colors are watered down as well!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Now I'm just a dumb guy that fell for their advertisement and web site and not going to return these items bavk for refund because they will loose them so thry dont have to give my money back so i hope this review will cost them more than what I spent on a product that will be donated to good will . Got my seat cover,was supposed to get two. What a piece of crap. No customer service,misrepresented product.Didn't realize this is a front for chinese crap. Stay away!!!!!!

I ordered the unicorn bed set for my daughter for Christmas. First, I am frustrated that it was not obvious before I ordered that the item was overseas. I ordered it Nov 20th, and it was delivered today, Dec 26th. Not happy that it didn’t get here on time, but fortunately my child is forgiving and thrilled nonetheless. Next, this one is kind of my fault for not reading the actual description, but this is a duvet cover, not a comforter. From the item description it just says 3 piece bed set, so for the price I assumed it was a comforter and 2 shams (my mistake). Lastly, the material itself. Okay, so the image printed on the fabric does appear exactly as pictured, however the colors are not nearly as vibrant as what the website shows. Instead it looks faded already. Overall, the material is soft and seems like it will hold up, and does not have any weird chemical smell to it like some things I’ve ordered online. As for their customer service, I did have a question for them on shipping once I realized the mistake I made in ordering overseas. Their response team did answer my question in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately they assured me it should arrive on time and it did not. It didn’t even ship out from them until Dec 3rd. I think if they would have shipped it on time then I would have had it on time.

Overall, minus the lack of vibrant color and misrepresentation of the item name (duvet cover), I got what I ordered. My kid is happy, so I’m happy. Now I just have to go spend another $35 somewhere to get a duvet. >:/
