Exceptional customer service!
I'm a nightmare when it comes to IT, so to be able to email Jamie and ask questions or I require help, is a real life saver! Absolutely brilliant service 'Bedful'

We have been using Bedful for years and it keeps getting better and better with features being added. The support team are great, especially Jamie who always responds quickly and efficiently.
The system is easy to use and it integrates with a lot of other booking sites.
I would definitely recommend Bedful to anyone needing a booking and management system.

Really enjoyed working with Lucy and the support team at Bedful on this. Recommend them if you have a campsite, holiday accommodation, venue you’re looking to rent out.

We started our holiday let business with Bedful 4 years ago having been recommended it by a friend in the business. I'd looked at several others, but Bedful really suited us. Fabulous onboarding procedure by Lucy, made it really easy to understand and so quick to pick up how to navigate the software. Earlier this year we were lured away by a bigger, more impressive looking system - after 6 months we returned to Bedful - need I say more? I am so happy to be back, thank you Bedful for being simply, the best property management system out there.

Easy to use system and really responsive customer support.

I set up Bedful this year to integrate bookings from other sites. It's really useful to have all the bookings and availability in one place. Lucy was incredibly helpful in setting it up and is always available to answer questions. Full marks and highly recommended.

The main testament to Bedful is the service provided by Lucy who remains really knowledgeable and responsive to requests etc. The platform itself works well for our needs and when we request for something to be tweaked sometimes it can and other times when it can’t it tends to be understandable…ideally some element of bespoke tech would help us further but will continue to work with Bedful as the go to platform to continuously improve

Our camping farm is still in its early stages and after exploring a couple of different booking platforms we're so glad to have found Bedful. Taking direct bookings on our website for camping, vans and all kinds of different glamping pods is a breeze, and Lucy's help on the phone is always brilliant. If you're looking for a new booking platform (and even if you're not), look no further!

Bedful provide an excellent service and are very good to communicate with especially Lucy she answers all our calls and helps with literally everything.

We started our business in 2021 and we were recommended Bedful by a friend (a fellow Bedful user). The system is very comprehensive and simple to use. If we have any issues or are unsure of how to do something the support backup is great. It’s lovely to be able to talk to someone at the end of the phone. Lucy is so patient and always resolves our issues quickly (we aren’t very techy!) and always sounds so happy and smiley. Would thoroughly recommend Bedful.

I have used bedful for 4 years now and has been a great system to use. My business has gone from a single unit the the most booked site in the UK over this period and have had to change lots of things we do down here and have always been supported by Bedful with this. I really appreciate all the help they give (Big shout to Lucy and Jamie) as it has been vital to the sucsess of my business.
