Avoid

Made an order then heard nothing. They do not answer emails and do not answer the phone. Had to cancel after a week of waiting. Do not buy from them, if this is the service before delivery then you are in real trouble if anything goes wrong. They refunded my purchase within 5 minutes of me sending a Messenger message which tells me they are used to it.

If you are not happy, you are stuck with the product

Very concerned as ordered tables ref 2271 and when I wanted to return, the company charged me £15 for a return label which did not work. A week later the courier brought back my parcel saying the business could not be found.
Have spoken to a 'Frank' on two occasions who said he would organise for collection and this has still not happened. I keep ringing the company and no one answers. Have left emails and Instagram messages and no response. These tables have been with me for weeks and all I want is for them to be returned and for me to be refunded. Really don't know what else to do - any help, advice would be much appreciated.

Missing Screws and Cams

I purchased a bunk bed from this company to which it arrived however I am missing screws and cams needed for the bed to be put together. I have contacted the company via phone and email to which I am still not getting a response for the missing items. Thankfully I paid with paypal so if I do not receive a response by the end of this week I will be opening a case with paypal for a full refund and return. I am also going to post my experience on facebook to make other customers aware of how unprofessional and unorganised this company is, disgusting customer service.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company, still waiting on my replacement panels, have had half made bunkbeds in my 5 year olds room for 2 weeks. They are an absolute shambles, they lie, their rude! shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company! Ordered Bellini oak tables. Stated the order was shipped (order 1899) but it never arrived. Contacted them only to be told the item was out of stock. I requested a refund to which they replied they did not offer refunds. They then backtracked and said that they could see it had been dispatched and would arrive soon. I contacted dpd to confirm this and they said that they had not received the item. I then contacted the less than helpful Andrew Dante (bed hut, Dante furniture or whatever company they claim to be) and was told that dpd had lost my order (obviously a blatant lie!). Once again I requested a refund but was told they had already shipped a replacement and it would be delivered in 2 days. It did finally arrive but it certainly wasn’t worth the wait…..really poor quality and the top was chipped. I couldn’t even be bothered requesting a return….as no doubt I would have been told they don’t accept them. I ended up giving the item away. Disgusting customer service and obviously a company with an identity crisis as they cannot decide what they are actually called….Bedhut, Dante Furniture etc. I would recommend that they be avoided. Absolute shambles!

Appalling customer experience

Appalling customer experience. Wardrobe was ordered and delivery arranged. There was no intimation at all that there was restrictions on delivery. Delivery company refused to bring goods to 3rd floor property and have left the wardrobe at the top of the first flight of stairs in a communal area. I am a female living alone and unable to lift the goods myself. Bedhut did not want to know when I called them to complain and simply said sorry but we defer to our delivery company. An apology does not fix the problem or get the goods into my home.

The customer services are absolutely appalling. Instead of trying to resolve an issue they want to be rude and not deal with your query.
The operations manager is extremely arrogant and clearly needs some customer service skills. Order BH11793

Damaged goods sent

Terrible business. They’ll send you damaged goods and leave you to arrange a return delivery or charge you £69 for a collection of the damaged goods they’ve sent to you.

The customer service is also very shocking.

DONT RECOMMEND

My bed arrived and didn’t fit up the stairs so I got in contact and I was told I would be allowed an exchange which I was thankful for. After it was agreed we were exchanging beds I didn’t get a reply for days I was ringing and texting as I wasn’t 100% sure what was going on. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to F*** off down the phone and got hung up on, very unprofessional customer service. Luckily the exchange did happen but I won’t be buying from there again and I wouldn’t recommend either.

It’s been over 10 days and I haven’t…

It’s been over 10 days and I haven’t received my bed. I had to call the customer service line just to be told there’s been a delay. It would be nice if I was sent an update. I’ve been told my bed will come between the 18th - 20th July, I hope that’s true, I’ll be coming back for an update

Extremely Happy Customer!

I was a little sceptical about ordering as I hadn’t heard of this company before however i’m so glad I just went for it!! The bed arrived within 3 days of ordering, looks amazing & you really can’t go wrong with the price!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ☺️

Delivered a filthy bed marks all over the white plush velvet the bed frame is so cheap the slats have cracks in them. Chose the ottoman storage option it is not storage if has not base anything you store will get full of dust.

They do not respond to emails or phones calls about the return for a refund in full. Will be reporting to trading standards and blast them all over social media. A chargeback case is also on its way.

Ordered the livorno linear bed with…

Ordered the livorno linear bed with plush white velvet, well made bed but wasnt packaged enough and a couple of marks on it , needs bubble wrapping, but disappointing was the plush velvet which is about 1mm thick yes 1mm thick its not plush at all very cheap fabric and ive never seen thinner in my life, its a shame they dont use better fabric.
