My son attended a 10 year old party birthday party yesterday at the wickford site. The whole was was just horrendous. My son came out crying after the 1st session as he got shot in head at close range. Noone helped him, no first aid nothing. Another boy from the party actually left due the man shouting really bad st them. The next session my son an 2 others came out crying ( including the birthday boy) because the instructor was shouting so aggressively at them. We have since been told swear words were thrown at them. This is a group of 9 and 10 year old. I am absolutely appalled. Avoid at all costs.

We booked Bedlam Paintball for my best mate’s stag do, and it was easily the highlight of the weekend. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff had great banter, and the games were intense but safe. Everyone got stuck in, and the different scenarios kept the energy high all afternoon. We’ll definitely be back — maybe for the laser tag next time!

From the moment we arrived, the team at Bedlam Paintball made us feel welcome and excited for the day ahead. The game zones are so well designed — it really feels like stepping into a movie scene. The variety of missions kept things interesting, and the marshals made sure safety was always the top priority while still keeping it fun. My work team hasn’t stopped talking about it since — the perfect team-building activity!

I booked Bedlam Paintball for my son’s 14th birthday, and it was a massive hit with the whole group! The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly, the equipment was in great condition, and the game zones were incredible. The kids loved the different scenarios and came back covered in paint but grinning from ear to ear. Highly recommend for any birthday or special occasion!

I recently booked a 'stag do' session and had the pleasure of dealing with Chris over the phone—what a helpful and absolute legend! From the time we started the call, Chris made the entire process unbelievably smooth and efficient. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. Easily reachable and never missed one of my calls and hit every question on the head. job done and sorted in mere minutes. Would 10/10 recommend this service, especially with Chris! looking forward to great day.

I had initially called to enquire about a Splatmaster birthday package and on speaking to the team member he advised the Paintball would be more age appropriate for my son and was able to arrange this as a package for the same price. Very polite and helpful and looking forward to our visit in the coming weeks.

We celebrated my sister’s birthday party here, it was a great experience and very fun for all. Definitely recommend and will be back

Do not book paintballing through bedlam paintball in Ireland , they are a third party company from the uk that charge you just for booking with another company, they charged us an extra 300 euro for ten people than what it cost to book directly with the paintball company just for booking it your better off booking direct with the paintball company in Ireland and they have no mention on there website that they are a 3rd party company they make it look like that's the company running the paintball that you will be attending

We decided last minute that we would like to book paintballing for My sons upcoming 13th birthday, and we didn't think we would be lucky enough to find availability. Chris was very quick at responding to us and has been a great help and managed to book us in with such short notice! Thank you we are looking forward to coming next week.

After previous issues contacting Bedlam in a conversation i found rude, i had been in contact with Christopher who has been very helpful. He offered an apology and was very keen on improving the situation.

Soon as wee walked in they made us feel welcome and they were very helpful would highly recommend this. If u want to have fun. It’s not as sore as people say it is Chris went beyond and over to help us

I have previously wrote a review for the Edinburgh venue and as seen they have replied however I do not have an option to reply and although they say in the review to reach out, I have and they have not replied!

Please do not look at that reply and think by this well written response they are good. I have the emails, photos and recording.

Still waiting on a response. I did say I would send the recording but later told them to continue with the complaint without the recording, I am still waiting on a response. I have also said I would meet them to discuss and let them hear the recording.

They do not care.

Like I said I don’t usually leave reviews but for the amount of money they charge I really don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation.
