AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give 0 I would avoid at all costs after paying for a sofa bed and told delivery dates was told on the day that thete has been delayed long story short we have had 3 new delivery dates still waiting. Everytime we try and ring we get music and then a message saying the mail box is full and no longer taking anymore messaged. Absolute shambles of a company and completely untrustworthy we will be applying for a refund through bank as there has been no communication apart from.recieving new delivery dates.

Awful company

Awful company. Sent wrong wardrobe with missing parts. Promised a refund, then blocked me and never replied since. I left a negative review, the business commented saying to contact them to look good online and imply they were going to resolve, but as expected they never replied. Have tried reporting my reviews to get them removed despite them being factual, and also flooding their review page with false positive reviews as stated by trust pilot when you click on this page. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid this shoddy company

RECOMMEND! I love my new wardrobe!

I love my new wardrobe!! the quality is amazing and i’m happy with the product and how much i spent on it, i’ve seen a few reviews saying it’s hard to build and the instructions aren’t very clear but i found that we soon got the hang of it and had it built in no time! the only bad thing is that it took 2/3 weeks to arrive but that wasn’t a problem!

Disgusting Service from Delivery Company

Ordered my sofa bed well over a month ago and dealing with the delivery firm has been nothing short of comical. I requested a 1wk delay due to having new flooring fitted, which was helpfully agreed. Only to receive a call the next day telling me he was an hour away. When I questioned this, the delivery guy explained “we’ve come from London mate, it’s a long way” I reluctantly agreed. When they arrived, they couldn’t fit it thru the door so had to take it back. They said they would arrange re-delivery the following week. When i chased this up with them using their whatsapp service, they read your messages and don’t respond. I sent several messages and tried to ring them until they eventually replied some time later, giving me the option of 2 delivery dates. I chose the latter and explained I had arranged for someone to remove my living room window so the sofa can go straight in, but would need a narrowed down time slot and communication from the delivery driver on route. Again they read this and ignored me. Several days went with me trying to get some sort of agreement or even an acknowledgment. In the day of my selected delivery they eventually replied saying they can’t deliver until i give them the dimensions of the front door frame. I reiterated they don’t need this, as i’ve arranged for someone to remove my living room window, they persisted several times asking for the door frame measurements 🤦🏻‍♂️ I had to explain 3 or 4 times “It’s not going thru the front door! They apologised and said they hadnt read my messages properly. Then they blatantly lied and said they cant deliver my sofa as they had to return it due to damage from trying to get thru the front door, which is absolute rubbish as i was there when they tried. I contacted bedsclick chat facility around 3 days ago and included the transcript from the whatsapp conversation with the delivery firm and still haven’t heard anything 😡😡😡

***UPDATE***

As you can see from BEDSCLICK reply below, they assured me they would use an alternative delivery service. THEY DIDN’T! THEY LIED AND SENT THE SAME DELIVERY GUYS!
They also promised me a £30 refund, which surprise surprise I haven’t received. I changed my order to a smaller sofa bed given the trouble they had last time. The same incompetent delivery people tried to deliver my sofa again 😡 They said it would either come Friday night or Saturday morning. I explained I was meant to be going away Saturday morning, but i’d hang on for them. When i couldn’t wait any longer, i left. They called me at around 5pm(when i was away, but my partners daughter was at home) telling me they couldn’t fit the smaller sofa through the door. I told them i had checked the dimensions and they shouldn’t have too much trouble. They were very rude and abrupt and said as I was away, they’d call me back to let me know how they got on. They didn’t! Instead, they left the sofa on the street and drove off!!! I contacted my 20yr old son and asked if he could go around my house and see what could be done. Some time after he called to say he’d managed, with a struggle, to get it in by himself! Luckily, because if it was left on the street it wouldn’t have been there on my return. I contacted Bedsclick again, explained the problems I had again and asked them why they would lie and send the same useless delivery firm and queried the whereabouts of my refund. They just replied saying “Sorry about the problems you had, thanks for your understanding” This is absolutely unacceptable. Any company can make a mistake, but to lie, make the same mistake and do nothing about it is shambolic. They still haven’t replied to my last message so I look forward to hearing from them.

We give a 7 working days delivery window and call the customers one day before delivery. If you could please provide us your order number that would really help us understand the issue?

I’m shocked

I’m shocked, trying to get basic information from the live chat with abrupt replies and no real answers, wardrobe arrived and the mirror on the sliding door was cracked in numerous places, I took photos as evidence and also a photo of the delivery sheet stating the mirror was broken or would of had no proof what so ever. It is now my job to get all the broken mirror off the back as they left it and said I would get mirror only, I doubt very much about I will get a response back about the replacement and at almost £400 pounds I’ve every right to be furious

You contacted support out of the service hours but one of our agents went out of their way to reply outside the working hours to assure you that the door will be replaced. Please note that BedsClick uses third party delivery companies and as mirror doors are fragile items sometimes, they break in long journeys. Please note that the mirrors are attached to the wooden doors so the whole panels are replaced. The next day you were contacted by support and provided estimated time of replacement for the doors as we are BedsClick believe in giving the best customer experience.

Very poor customer service

I would not recommend buying from this company. I had an issue with the instructions being very poor and needed advice on where to place a part. Had a part built wardrobe and couldn't get any further. Spent a week contacting them on their Chat and sent photos of problem, was advised someone would call me from stores on Whatsapp but no one ever did. Very poor customer service. I had to get some advice elsewhere to finish building it, and there were other issues with the instructions too.

I thought it was very poor service…

I thought it was very poor service never got a confirmation email, then once I chased I got told when the wardrobe would arrive. After getting a phone call confirming the time the day before to which I waited in all day for no one to come or call to say they are an hour away. It gets worse they then confirmed it was broken in transit, which I understand these things happen but they could never give me another date and their story kept changing could never give me an answer. Then I get a phone call 9:30pm confirming it would be delivered another day after confirming a different day on email. When it finally arrived it had foot marks all over and was damage on the side panels and when they said they would give me some compensation they never followed through
