Excellent

Very happy with my new bed i ordered. Great quality and looks amazing in my bedroom. Very good customer service aswell.
Would highly recommend.

Very Good Quality Bed

Bought the Hugo Wing Bed. Excellent customer service from the beginning until the end. Very good quality product had it for 4 weeks now and the best bed and mattress I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

My bed was delivered damaged

My bed was delivered damaged. Did not look like the photo. Poor quality and to make it even worst they damaged and left a big hole in my wall. Their customer service is awful. They told me I can not get a refund and will not fix or compensate me for the damage caused to my house either. If I could put screen shot of how their customer service team have spoked to me once I asked for a refund is shockingly rude and unprofessional would be a polite way of describing them. The delivery person they used was also awful he was rude, complained about the company, let himself into other rooms of my house. (I’m a single woman with a new born felt very uncomfortable). At one point he went into the room my newborn was laying down in. now left with a poor quality damaged bed and 3 walls ruined, out of pocket £659 plus the cost of getting my walls fixed all I have received from BedConcept is terrible customer service.

customer service is bad

customer service is bad. I ordered my bed and paid £50 for them to build it. They arrived didn’t talk to me or anything. Made the bed, called me up and said sign! than basically ran out the door.

Did not ask if I’m happy with it, once they left I realised the bed wasn’t fully made… so I contacted customer service and they just basically said I’ll have to finish it. I have now sent 4 emails to them regarding me getting some money back and they are ignoring all of them! Not professional business.

Takes your money and ignores the customer.

I would like a refund of £50 for the charge of putting the bed together please Mohammed !

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a bed online with this company & paid £50 for installation. I live alone so cannot manage with heavy & large items up the stairs. The delivery driver dropped everything inside the door & proceeded to leave. I asked them if they were due to install as I had paid extra. To which they said no. I asked to photograph their worksheet to indicate this had not been marked for installation but they wouldn't let me & folded the paper up. I wanted this to show the company that they had made an error. I called the company whilst the driver was still there & explained. I was told I would get a call back. No call came. The driver was pushing me to help him carry the king size headboard (& other items) upstairs & I said no. I did not feel strong enough to do so. After they pushed me some more, I thought well, I've got no choice. The bed was installed (poorly as not all the slats were screwed down - I only realised after they left) & I noticed a small mark on the headboard. All the packaging was left behind. I have complained & spoken with Mohammed who offered a £15 refund.. wow. I have not accepted this & have once again, asked for the installation charge to be refunded in full. I advised that I was not happy with the service but that seems to have made no difference.
The bed in itself is ok, nothing spectacular, but that's what I expected due to the price. What I do expect when someone is unhappy is some sympathy & understanding. Extremely poor customer service from my point of view. I will not be buying from them again & do not recommend.
