I was disappointed with the lamp. It was low quality and frail and had no suitable mains connection.

The packaging included torn up newspaper.

I complained and the company instantly agreed a refund which appeared in my bank account 3 or 4 days later. so no complaints there, but I won't be a returning customer!

I am upset because these lamps are too small and I cannot contact Bedside lamp & Co to return them.
There was no paperwork, no return details. I have tried by phone and email to no avail.
What is the point of a 14 day return policy if there is no contact. I paid through /Amazon

My order has not been dispatched. I have emailed the company using the contact email address on my order and it has come back address unknown. I have used their contact form on their website and asked for a refund and cancellation of order and had no response.

Still no email response the order has arrived too late to be given as a present as intended. The quality is abysmal for the price. Adapters are required to use the lamps. Big expensive disappointment!

Worst company ever! I bought a lamp. With the wrong address. I sent an email inmediately after purchase, which didn’t exist, found another one in the web page and was the email in the orders didn’t exist. Finally could contact someone in the third email in the web page. However it was too late. The product was already sent to my previous flat. When asked about it they told me to arrange it directly with royal mail? Which is not possible. I said I just want a label to tell the porter to return it. I have to return in it on my own expense or as courtesy they can give me 20% refund? So, what is this. 3 emails in their webpage and none of them work. When you manage to find one, you need to solve the problem with royal mail because they won’t do anything and as courtesy a 20% refund? They he quality is really bad and it’s overpriced. So in any case is a lose-lose situation: don’t buy here!

Do not buy. As the reviews say. It is overpriced drop shipped trash. Is delivered straight from China. Complete rip off.

Have bought 80 table lamps, and around 40 are faulty. No help from the company, do not recoment. Just a China cheap made produt.

DO NOT USE. Does not come with a plug so you need to wire it yourself. In order to return you need to ship it to france. Make sure you buy with your credit card so you can definitely get you money back. Cheap and nasty product

I'm tired of ordering an item that says that is either a UK or French company and then the item comes from China, late, and is cheap and nasty and it costs too much to send back so I lose money either way. When will proper regulation come in to protect buyers from these scams?
These companies need to be careful as we will all be driven to go back to the high street where we can see what we are getting!

I had a good experience with this company. Ordered two lamps which came from China with full tracking given but weirdly shipped separately. Arrived in a reasonable time, good quality. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered a lamp and gave my bank details etc. Got no email acknowledgement so after a few hours of worry, rang my bank and cancelled my card.

This company pretends to be in Uk (Bedside Lamp UK) but is French and they appear to have developed a scam whereby you pay for goods, they delay sending an item so that PayPal release the money to them. This means that when the defective product arrives you have no buyer protection. Any effort to contact the company will be ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Similar experience as other costumers. Ordered an item, took a while to arrive and when i received it I discovered it has a defect, it didn’t look like on website and also was not standing uprights properly- and what can you do with a lamp that does not stand properly? In order to receive a refund, they ask to send it back, but i have to pay for posting myself. Basically, in any way you are loosing money.
And when I wrote them again saying it doesn’t seem fair to pay for a return of an item that is faulty, they just ignored me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The lamp took ages to arrive, when it did the quality was rubbish. Nothing like the photos. I tried the email addresses supplied to initiate a return and they just kept bouncing back. So basically have thrown money down the drain. The website needs closing down. Total scam.

Scam - they run the website in several languages. All of them obviously scam. Do not order! Money is gone.

I would not buy from this company again! I ordered some bedside lights recently. They took over a month to arrive (and a lot of chasing). When the lights finally did arrived I was dismayed by the low general quality considering the price that I paid. The lights were also supplied with a 2 pin plug and a travel adapter neither of which had a fuse. Is this not illegal in the UK? Not good!

Do not order from this website. How I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this “company”. Lesson learned. Been given the complete run around by them, telling me my order has shipped, then refusing to give me a tracking link and then today I get an email to say my order has been cancelled because they don’t have enough stock. No idea whether I will get a refund or not at this point. Ps that info email doesn’t exist, my emails have come from somewhere completely different. Not to be trusted.

Scam- Never received my item. Kept being told item is on its way and it has been well over a month

Does this company exist? I ordered a lamp, paid for it and it has apparently been returned. No communication or refund.

UPDATE: The lamp did arrive after a long wait but the communication said it had been returned. So have changed my review.
