Not very satisfied

Not very satisfied. Booking was easy, however we need to forward the Invoice with our mark up to customer. It has only the Proforma Invoice. Where can we get the Invoice with our markup to forward to customer. Virtual assistant does not help/answer e1ther.

Most of the time you don't have the…

Most of the time you don't have the pictures of the bedrooms and part of the hotel which is not convenient as we have to inform our clients about it. Most of the time you have to go to other sites to find out, not nice and not helphull

All the services were delivered on…

All the services were delivered on time. Transfers from BCN to hotel Occidental Barcelona 1929 was on time. The driver was courteous and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location. Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Shopping center is a block away .

I am a travel agent with Dream Vacations. Bedsonline is my go-to vendor for hotels of all kinds. They are diversified, easy to work with, and I've never had any issue with a lost booking or miscommunicated amentity. Use Bedsonline...they are awesome!

Great experience

Everything went smoothly from the beginning. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt welcome the whole time. I would definitely book again.
