I purchased the firm mattress topper. I’ll start out by saying it’s been great and supportive of my spine. It fits great on my mattress and the straps on the topper really keep it in place so it doesn’t move around. Also fast delivery!

The return experience was not good. While ultimately they honored the return policy, I went back and forth several times, as they made offers to me I.e 40% and I could keep the topper. They only work through email and does not appear to be in the US so it was generally one email per day. The whole process to get my money back took two weeks. This is something that should have been one email and done, based on the guarantee that was described on Amazon. I appreciate that I ultimately received my money back, but the process was way too difficult. I would not purchase from them again for this reason

I had the pleasure of sending in 2 questions. Support responding within 1 day on both accounts. I also ask about warranty if I purchased via Amazon, primarily associates with price point. Support indicated the same warranty applies as if I purchased it direct from bedstory. I am happy with response time and responses. Thank you

We wished we had picked up the right firmness from the beginning so we did not have to ask for a return out of state. Which could probably would have cost us more than the mattress itself. So we settled for a discount. Other than that, the product is very nice, and we hope to find the right topper to make up for some of the discomfort caused by an ultra firm mattress. Thank you BedStory.

The customer service was excellent and very responsive.

You sent the wrong size mattress pad, I need a double size and you sent a twin, and I need to get this fixed, I do not own a twin bed.

3.5 Stars- Bought a mattress topper, which was good on its own. I thought it would firm up my already soft mattress that’s a foam/spring hybrid, however it just made it worse. I do think my mattress is just too soft for anything to make it firmer, so I do not fault the topper.

I gave 3.5 stars because when trying to email them to set up a return there were about six response emails exchange's when asking for a free return and free pick and they kept responding with keep the topper and we will give you a partial refund. That partial refund number kept going up, so I finally gave up and took the partial refund and kept the topper ( which I have no use for now). The response time was quick, but still no full refund as I originally wanted.

Exceptional after sales undoubtedly. They stand by their product.

I love the Bedstory Extra Firm Mattress Pad. It lays flat and is firm. It holds my body and I do not sink.
I needed to call the company for help. They were fabulous! I was telephoned right away and the Service person listened to my problem( I worried the box was too tiny to hold a king size topper) and fixed it. So helplful. She was so nice and polite.

My order arrived very quickly and without issue. Tracking was easy as well

I gave 3 stars only because of the customer service. After offering me discount counts they finally gave me my money back so ill give them 3 stars but as fot the mattress I will give 0 stars. I ordered this 14 inch mattress, after 1 night my body was in so much pain. I am now sleeping on the floor until my new mattress arrives. Customer service and I went round and round with the offering of 20% 40% 50% but finally they gave me 100%. I donated the mattress with their approval because they wanted me to hold it for 2 to 3 weeks which was impossible to do living in a 1 bedroom. The customer isn't bad but the mattress is horrible.

The mattress did not work for us, but the customer service was incredible after I reached out to them. They made the return / refund process as easy as possible and were very kind. Would highly recommend them as a company.

This is our second mattress purchased from BedStory. They are well packaged and once opened they spring into shape quickly. We didn't notice any odor. In this instance our son found the mattress too firm and when we contacted customer service for any advice, we received quick replies and were offered a partial refund to use towards a topper that would increase the softness. Overall great value for the price and I would purchase from them again in the future.
