I did not receive this product for my pet to enjoy. the company did not send my product now waiting to receive my refund !!! Bedsure is not reliable for ordering and sending by Amazon is not reliable seems like a scam I want my refund!! I want to put a zero review only allows 1-5 so in this case a 1 star

My opinion I would not order from BedsureHome from their site or Amazon!!

Yes I had a bad experience for three occasions to get this product 2 times ordered on Amazon where they had to refund my money now I went directly on their sight and still having problems. So three times tell me a no go!!

I had repeated flooding of my home at the beginning of the year. I contacted this company on the fluke chance that they would be willing to send replacements for the items that were ruined by the flooding (a human dog bed and a heater blanket cord) and they responded saying they were happy to (I know it is a tax write-off for companies) and that they just needed the order # to get the replacements sorted and sent out! Then I waited for a month, hoping the replacements would arrive, and emailed again just checking in. They told me they’d sent everything along to the appropriate department to handle it, and that it was all still being processed. Then another month passed, I messaged them again, and now they said they would not be able to offer replacements, instead a coupon. I had said from the beginning if they weren’t able to send replacements, I was interested in just the cord for the heater blanket that had been waterlogged (two come with it so half of the blanket isn’t usable at the same time as the other). They told me I could not get that removed and I would have to buy a whole new blanket. I wouldn’t have been irritated at all, if they hadn’t promised from the beginning that they’d be happy to offer me replacements! The dolly-dallying for months cost me the time it would take to return it through Amazon (as I had JUST bought it, and it was within the time period to return it for a few weeks when I sent the message…. But it was moldy and huge and bloated (it comes vacuum sealed) I found it daunting to think of returning it, so wanted to try to reach out to them. They cost me a refund by replying that they would do it and then changing their mind!) So on top of everything else I lost to damage and that I had to move and everything else, I couldn’t get my money back OR replacements for these.
I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received a MOLDY bedset from this company. They did not care. They told me their sheets were "healthy" and I was smelling plastic. They also told me it was my responsibility to wash them several times to try to get it out. I spent time and money on products in an attempt to remove the MOLD but couldn't get rid of it. After days of communication (their part was always in the middle of the night because they're not in the US) they offered me a 30% refund for a bed set that can't be used. Regarding the MOLD, these things do happen. They should have just offered to replace it instead of telling me it wasn't true. MOLD does not smell like plastic and it shouldn't be my responsibility to clean MOLD out of sheets. This company should not be doing business in the US.

This company sells fake silk pillowcases. Their service is upmost trash and extremely ignorant. I requested a refund of my items and they decided not to reply as they don't want to refund me a 55$ purchase.Its absurd, so absurd. Their pillowcases are probably made from polyester/microfiber I could just tell by the quality. Their disgusting service matches their products. Please save yourself from this headache this is the worst store you could purchase from. Take my word

I purchased the dark gray queen pillowcase from them, washed it twice and washed it once with my sheets, and it ruined my very expensive pillow. It stained my sheets at stained my mattress. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. They have ruined my very expensive bedding. An eight dollar pillowcase did hundreds of dollars and damage and now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy things that aren't stained with whatever crappy material they used on these pillowcases. Unbelievable. If they actually manage to compensate me for the damage their pillowcases have done I will retract this review.

Last year, a friend gifted me an electric blanket. I didn't use it until a month ago, but on the second use, it almost caught fire. As I noticed something smelling off, I switched off the electric blanket immediately. Upon closer inspection, I saw a burned mark with exposed wires, about the size of a 10c coin.

I contacted customer service to request a refund or replacement for the faulty and unsafe blanket, but they refused to do so, citing that it was sold on an unofficial website (eBay) despite having a valid receipt to prove the purchase. They initially asked me to get a receipt from my friend and then suggested that I ask my friend again to contact the eBay seller to request a refund or replacement. I feel bad that I had to get my friend to do all of this because it was pretty impolite and inconvenient to ask for such actions.

Despite acknowledging the issue, they still refused to take responsibility and provide a refund or replacement and this behaviour is highly irresponsible and unacceptable.

This is the 4th bamboo sheet set I have purchased from Bedsure, but I've also bought several other products from them or their store on Amazon. I discovered this company years ago and couldn't be happier. This item in particular, the 100% Viscose From Bamboo Cooling Sheet Set is awesome. I have it in 2 colors and I bought a set for my son too even though he's only 10 I wanted him to sleep on these also! They are the best sheets I own and the price is lower than they are worth for sure. They keep me cool and I am a HOT sleeper. Heavy material but not hot. Super soft. I've washed over and over and dried like normal and not one bit of damage or pilling or discoloration. I keep a few Bedsure items at all times in my cart and check prices regularly, I usually wait for their coupons which make it even better of a deal, but I would and have paid full price. Worth it and more. Buy a set. Or buy 2 sets and never have to be without while washing the other!

I have this great bamboo waffle weave blanket and it sits under my comforter. Since I live in Florida, I normally just use my top sheet and the waffle weave blanket. It has just enough weight to be felt, but light enough to not weigh you down. I enjoy sleeping with it at night and rarely use my comforter anymore.

I would highly recommend this product and I have washed it twice. You'll get some loose strings but take care of it, cut them off and you'll really like the feel and comfort of the blanket.

Heating blanket recal. I've tried to reach out as I purchased it on Amazon for my 91 yea r old father. Shortly after I realized it does not shut off I threw out the cord. he can't tell me it's too hot. Bedure wants me to cut the cord and send a photo of it. I explained I am not technically capable and so I am just having to let go of the refund. I would think the purchas would be enough proof of faulty equipment. Poor refund/ recal pollicy

I purchased a dog bed and after a couple of weeks the mattress cover ripped from the seem which shouldn't happen

My bedsure electric blanket lasted for 3 months !!

These blanket hoodies were the most stylish I could find. Turns out they were one of the most reasonably priced as well. My daughter's love them! Very impressive how fast the processing and shipping time was. I wasn't expecting these until after Christmas, but they showed up a week before Christmas. Very happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend this product, and I trust this company.

BedSure Get Cozy High- Voltage Heated Blanket.
I bought this product from Amazon yesterday , absolutely rubbish product i have bought. Company Customer Service horrible and not even willing to response to my email. paid full price to use for my elderly dad. Put the Over blanket for over 3 hours but no heat output at all. I would definitely ask trading standard to resolve the issue as so many other customer like me have to suffer due to poor quality and the product is not fit for purpose. this product should be off the trading market.

I bought these sheets for the "cooling" effect. It was my first time trying bamboo sheets. Right away I noticed that these sheets are very slick and DO feel cool to the touch. I was excited at first but quickly realized that sleeping in these sheets is very comparable to sleeping in a plastic trash bag. Cool to the touch with absolutely no breath-ability. I would wake up extremely hot, toss off my comforter... realize I was still hot and take off the sheet. Run to the bathroom and get back in bed and am shocked by how HOT the bed feels. This material just traps all heat. I went to our guest bedroom that has 100% cotton sheets and immediately was relieved and did not feel hot at all for the rest of the night. Very disappointed in these sheets. I will steer clear of bamboo sheets in the future.

Just ordered my first set of sheets, and had a small issue so I contacted customer service. The sheets are out of this world AMAZING, but their customer service is 11/10. They should train other companies!

Honestly, you shouldn't shop anywhere else to get you bed items.
