2 weeks delay and no delivery info
The mattress was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. We have not received any shipping information, neither a tracking number. Last week the courier called me and ask if I am home, without any notice of the delivery. We were not and ask if we can get a new date or agree the delivery day so we can work from home. He promised to call back, nothing happened. We called Bedz, explained the situation. They mentioned that they are aware of the problems and will send us the phone number to call. 5 days passsed, and again nothing happened.
