I order vacuum on December 8 2022. I still did receive my item i think they are scamer.

No Stars -This vacuum is a scam, its looks like a vacuum but it won't even pick up a single pea.
It came with a 24-hour support email there isn't an email with that address. The receipt said 66.95 but my charge card was charged 80.34 I'm disputing and trying to return but I'm getting nowhere. FRUSTRATED

Bought the usb charged vacuum, absolute crap, very poor suction. Would not recommend 👎👎👎👎👎

I sent a request to cancel my order (made by mistake) about 15 minutes after I placed the order, but the seller refused to cancel it even if he has a cancellation policy on his site. 2. Second, I immediately sent the seller a request to return the item the moment I received it, but he never answered even if he had a 100% guarantee or money back policy.

Bought the handheld vacuum. Very low suction - won't even pick up dust. Have contacted for a refund so waiting to hear back.

Their vaccuum is garbage, just like them. Scam, show you 29.99 for a product and it becomes 80.00 after all bogus fees. Then the product arrives a month later and its worse at picking up crap than my kids are.

If there were no stars that's what I would pick. I ordered an x large dog bed for an 85-pound dog. The x large is big enough for a 20-pound dog at best. They don't want you to return the product but will offer $5 off. It's ridiculous. I would love to post pictures of the bed I saw online and what was sent.

This website hacked my visa account and stole over $300AUD. This website is advertised on Facebook ads which is disgusting!

Very disappointed in the size of the pet bed that I ordered for my dog. It was supposed to be a medium size but it is really the size for a cat. Don’t waste your time on this company. It took two months for it to arrive is very small and not even the best quality.

I purchased the cordless mini vacuum back in November 2022 during black Friday week. It still has not arrived. However I am getting frequent emails from "shipping@24hservice..." msg is Your parcel's status has changed. It says to track your parcel click here.
I've paid approx $78.74USD and now believe it is a scam. Please beware & do your research before committing to a purchase.

UPDATE: Finally received banner on 1/11/23. So much for expedited shipping. Obviously past the holiday season.. and no idea how I will hang it next year.. they sent small white clips. Nothing like in the video. AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY

Would rate this company less than 1 star if I could. Ordered Christmas garage door banner on 11/11. It is now 12/29... still no banner. Oh, and I paid $19.99 for expedited shipping! No update on the shipping since 12/18. I wrote them 2 emails, last one, asking for the expedited shipping back. They responded with they are sorry and they reached out to the carrier to update their site. TOTAL SCAM.

I would give this company a lower grade if I could. We ordered a Christmas garage door cover and it finally came but without hardware to install. After about 20 emails back and forth they want to give me $8 back. All we wanted was the hardware to install that was supposed to come with it. Horrible company - run away

I ordered a pet bed from Bee-Flower. I chose a large dog bed so my medium dog would have plenty of room. What arrived was basically a small cat bed. I wrote to complain and inquire about how I could get my money back or a bed that was actually large. The only suggestion offered was that I could “give it to someone else” as this is a “popular product and might be useful to someone else”. They followed that up by saying they have done everything they can to solve the problem….by suggesting I give it away. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and deliberately misleading advertising.

Don’t get anything from them, a huge scam

G'day guys the Bee.flower is a scam strong word but I've purchased the 'Vacuum cleaner' they had advertised, It's shockingly crap. It doesn't maintain suction and most of all the inflatable/blowing function doesn't even exist, don't buy it learn from my mistake. They need to be stopped and be prevented from ripping more customers off.

I ordered a Christmas garage door banner the 5th. of November. 15 to 20 day delivery. It is now after Christmas and no tracking info is available. Communication with this company sucks at best. I will never do business with them again. I think I got robbed. Furthermore, if I see an ad for them anywhere, I will put my 2 cents worth on it. Do not order from this company!

Pay for expedited shipping, why it had not even left italy before the shipping time had expired. Customer services is a joke. Only wish I had seen this site with reviews. thic company is a pile of S#$t, maybe I get what I ordered, who knows/

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Christmas Decoration on Nov 8th and it is now Dec 25th. It was never received. Needless to say I no longer need this item. On the order it states that product will be received between 12 & 20 days. Company refuses to refund my money. Terrible customer service.

Terrible misrepresenting there product showing large breed dogs in there pictures with room to spare, Same response as all other reviews although I used PayPal for my purchase so they agreed to refund if I returned beds, so I went to ship them back, I got a quote of $197.00 USD 🤬🤬🤬
