I Purchased a part for my Lambretta from these clowns which arrived damaged so I emailed them with photos and they sent me another one which was worse than the first one, I posted both of the inferior products back to them with tracking and they then tried to say i never sent them back and withhold my money?
Same old Dishonest Unreliable company that they have been since 2016.
Stay well clear there are plenty of reliable and honest suppliers out there.

well its now into the third month from buying from beedspeed and returning the shocking items to now having to get the bank to get my refund.
id rather go in a car to rallies than buy parts from this company .

I bought a scooter brake lever jammer from this company, it arrived very quickly. It looked nice and pretty, But unfortunetly I had no idea as to how to fit it.. I stupidly wrote a rather unnecessary silly "Feedback". Of which I now regret.
I immediately had an e-mail from the company supply me with picture instructions/details and a written script telling me how to use the brake jammer. BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! once I had seen this I was able to correctly fit the brake jammer with ease.
I was so impressed by the response given that I ordered a second unit for my Scooter combination.
The brake Jammer is terrific and I would recommend it to any type of combination (motorcycle/scooter) for use as a handbrake. I would also say its a necessity for any person transporting a motor cycle/scooter to aid stability when on the move.

Hi if i had know about the company I wouldn't of ordered anything from them two weeks ago I ordered not a TX or e mail from them but took my money at moment

so after taking two weeks to allow me to send back the rubbish they sent me they have still not refunded me my money over 14 days ago. even asked me to remove my experience... well if you buy anything from these clowns then do so at your own risk. the last time i did in 2021 i had the same experience so never again.
these guys are liars and a disgrace to the scooter scene.
it took 3 days with no stress to arrive from sip and fitted like it should do. i have been waiting to return an under headset for a px that does not fit for over 2 weeks, they told me 72 hours. they lied about delivery being late and the delivery company sent me proof it was beed speed and not them. i have even sent them videos showing the headset is an awful fit and the shims sent with it are useless. over 4 weeks in total dealing with this company and im now at the point of looking at the small claims court to get my money back for an inferior part that cannot be used. i have called round scooter shops and spoke to them who all said to send it back as its dangerous . now im leaving feedback to try and get some attention and not be ignored .

Shockingly bad company to deal with and have tried on more than on occasion.
Have been rude, sent wrong parts, and parts without instructions.
Ignore emails and messages too.
Latest one was LED indicators, should have come with Wiring details, never did. Phoned, messaged , and emailed more than once, said they will send pdf, never did. When I got them wired in 6 weeks later they were faulty, but they said as it has been so long I would have to pay postage, only reason it took long was because of their lack of. customer service. Sent back, now no reply or nothing returned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered the stainless steel cable adjuster after they had given me a better than advertised price, After accepting the offer price I had notification that the item had been dispatched via Royal Mail tracked, The item was delivered at the correct time and well packaged, Have used Beedspeed on many an occasion, seems to me they have learnt from previous mistakes and now are giving an A1 experience.
KEEP IT UP 10/10 RECOMMENDED.

Ordered parts 16th Jan , despite several calls it took until the 20th march and me asking for a refund to get them to send them out , very poor service from start to finish don’t know why I expected any different had the same experience with them before , never order from them there clearly advertising and selling stock they don’t have ,, update after asking for a refund and them magically sending out the parts , turns out they only sent some of the parts , I called them asking where my parts are only to be told to f***koff , you can understand my frustration at this, 10 weeks waiting still no kit and no idea what is going on regarding my parts or my refund , absolutely shocking ,, take note order from anywhere except from this shower

Ordered some GP fork links at what I thought was a good price but when they arrived you could see daylight through the bush on one side,no refund email after a week of waiting. I ended up buying some from kbr scooters a bit more expensive but the quality was miles apart will not be using them again

Ordered a part for a scooter. It was delivered promptly, but it turned out to be the wrong part - not what I ordered, or as described on the invoice. I phoned to get it replaced. Initially told to send an e-mail and it would be sorted out. Heard nothing, so called again a few days later. This time, Dan said I had been told to fill out the online returns form. I pointed out he hadn't said this, just said to send an e-mail. He got grumpy. He later phoned back to tell my OH that "the manufacturer sent the wrong part to us, and I will get it replaced as soon as I can" Fine, if he stopped there and hadn't then tried to complain I was rude to him (Spoiler: I wasn't, although I was firm, and did have the cheek to correct him when he was in the wrong). I filled out the online form. We waited. Heard nothing for a week - scooter engine lying open, so not ideal. OH sourced the part elsewhere (VE Ltd - fab service, highly recommended!). I contacted Beedspeed to request a refund. It took nearly a month, and some heavy duty nagging. Dan threw another strop every time he was challenged. I sent the part back Royal Mail Special Delivery. Unfortunately, they later told be they don't actually deliver to Beedspeed, so had to wait for Dan to collect the parcel. It took him more than a week, and lots of reminders. However, there is a happy ending - I finally received a refund, and the part supplied so promptly and professionally by VE Ltd (branded,and in the box provided by the manufacturer, not just in a wee polythene bag) did the job just fine. So we know where to order next time.

For the record, even if the manufacturer did send the wrong part, Beedspeed's checking procedures failed to pick that up before they sold it on. And their customer service skills are seriously lacking. Most companies would apologise for the error and fix it as soon as possible. That isn't Dan's style. We won't be making another purchase from Beedspeed.

Had to put one star beciuse you can't post without and that is one star too many . Ordered parts and was told two weeks delivery , ok so i waited and waited , waited still not arrived . Now jan 20th 24 parts still not arrived . After about a dozen phone calls to an obnoxious sales manager accusing me of speaking to him like 💩 ( for asking when my parts would be arriving ) put the phone down on me .great customer service there DAN the dodgy landlord man . Well done you have sank yet another company with your dodgy schemes . DON'T under any circumstances order from this company ever again . Unreliable , dodgy and untrustworthy little parrasite of a man.

Have bought a variety of parts over the years from JL pipes to Ancilloti seat all kind of things, they have a great variety of stock and prices are good.

Ordered an auxiliary fuel tank, quick dispatch, received within 3 days. No problems.
