What ever you do think twice before ordering anything from this company. It’s based in Honk Kong so delivery took over 3 weeks. I ordered a battery powered jet wash, it arrived in a torn brown cardboard box. It was made from cheap plastic and did not look like the advert I saw on Instagram. I tried it with both nozzles and with and without the hose being attached. The finer jet didn’t even make a line in the muck on my car door and the wider jet nozzle produced not much more than a mist. My hose on a jet setting did a better job. It certainly did not seem to operate at 60 bar like the advert claimed. I contacted the company to return the product and they asked me to accept a 15% refund and suggested I should keep the product rather than incur the £20 shipping cost. I refused this and after 2 more emails I got a number of pages of rules including that the packing must be in perfect original condition and the item must not have been used! How can you decide that it isn’t effective unless you’ve tested it??
Shipping also has to be tracked and they do not pay for returns. In the end I took the 15% refund and cut my losses and have given the item to a charity shop.
Do not - I repeat - do not waste your money and time buying from this company.

I would give it less than 1 star. I want a refund but the number to call is not recognised. This is a scam even if the product is sent, the M70 projet washer looks nothing like the advertised product. I paid with PayPal so will raise this with them to see if I can get a refund. Normally, I’m really careful where and who I buy from. Please don’t use this seller.

Chineses scammers. This is yet another scam. You buy what looks like quality goods and are sent trash. The return procedure is to make you return to china and the goods are to be perfect condition and untouched which means even opening them is impossible to return. I hope trust pilot /trading standards /face book now starts an investigation as there are a lot of these into uk now and you won’t get your money back. DO NOT BUY WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Should have been zero stars do not buy from these rip off merchants my item was sent in a brown battered box : this was a gift , emailed several times and no response.i am now waiting on a full refund have sent the item back and it cost £14:99 to return 😡im not holding my breath on getting my money back ,i will strongly advise do not buy from these

Absolute rip off merchants , brought a pair of T70 pro trousers. Allegedly designed for cold outdoor wear. Only brought these for the fleece lining and robust tough material . The ones that turned up, are thinner than a pair of suit trousers. No warmth and would tear in a minute of working in them . Utter tat !!!
Emailing them had one answer ,then nothing since they asked for a picture of the item . I’ve asked for a free return and full refund , now silence .

Took a long time to arrive.ordered two pairs of trousers in different sizes.wanted to return one pair and they wouldn't enable me to do so.said they would refund me 15 percent of the items value and said I could keep said item.I declined and haven't heard from them since.

Ordered solar lights costing over £60 in total which don’t work. I emailed for a refund and they just sent more lights. I have been emailing ever since but absolutely zero response! I’ve lost my money.

Rubbish quality. Requested refund, had to pay for postage back to China. Offered store credit +£15 THEN if you do they charge you £50 postage charge - never, never buy anything from them they are just crooks!

Complete rip off. The items they send are not the ones they advertise. They send cheap rubbish. Do not be fooled by their advertising or website.
They make you pay for returns unless you really press and can demonstrate their discrepancies. Even then they will offer paltry discounts. Took about two months of emails before they accepted liability for return postage.

Reason not covered as you never reply to any of the emails we send to customer services!! Literally a con and without a doubt this is fraud!!!!

Was really looking forward to receiving these but nothing has turned up after 3 weeks. Customer service says contact courier, courier doesn't reply, website says contact customer services and round and round I go. No one is telling me anything and I am out of pocket with no product. Shocking customer care - beware.

This company is a total scam! I did not receive the product I ordered. Took ages to come. I received a bashed and torn brown box. No instructions. Just loose bits. (Ordered pressure washer). Ad says 30 days money back and they are offering me 15%. Currently £70 out of pocket. Takes days for an email response. Only given 1 star because I had to. Do not buy from here!

My delivery still hasn’t arrived!!! It’s unable to be tracked. The number on their website is incorrect and they do not respond to emails! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Having ordered both a M67PRO paint sprayer and 2 x M45PRO furniture lifting tools. I was disappointed initially to receive a Tape Dispenser instead of the paint sprayer.
However, after sending explanatory email, I was immediately sent the correct item.
I believe also it was delivered by a much more efficient courier service, as the previous delivery ignored my specific instructions.
As yet I’ve not used products but all appear fit for purpose, so I’m hopeful.
From an initial negative BEEHOMIE customer service personnel produced a positive experience. I am fully satisfied and look forward to future purchases.
