Really bad Service and a cheap Knock-off!

Really bad Service! The Product was defective on arrival and was a really cheap knock-off of what was show in the pictures!
They gave me 2 options:
1- send it insured to China at you own cost (which almost exceeds the price of the products)
or
2- keep the broken crap and have a 10% refund + a 10% discount.

Their site also stated that if you ordered before 23:00 it would be shipped by my local carrier the same day! also BS because if they had it would have arrived 2 days later as the post here is excellent, but no it took a full month to get here!!!

Honestly, my advice would be, spend about 5-10% more and buy it from amazon or a place with actual customer support and service!
