Item received is exactly what is posted on the website. The packaging was professionally performed so that little to no damage took place, and that too on the outer container and not the actual product itself. The canister filter arrived with all its parts in pristine condition. The payment to delivery duration was amaiable enough owing to the selected courier service. Good, only catch is getting an update on the order is hassle!
Ordered fertilizer, received the product in good condition, i wish they give updates on orders on time, as i had to follow up through email, call for order status, this is for the team, a kind feedback, please do give updates after placing orders, don't make the customer wait without any ETA. other than the update issue, rest all order placing, payment, shipment etc.. all was good! thanks team.

CO2 cylinder setup
I ordered a CO2 cylinder setup from Beena Aquarium, and I had a very good experience. The items were delivered in two separate couriers — the first parcel contained baking soda and citric acid, which initially surprised me because the package was small. I was a bit anxious at first, thinking something was missing.
However, two days later, the second parcel arrived with the CO₂ cylinder as expected. One parcel was from Erode and another from Vijaywada. Everything was properly packed and in good condition. After receiving the complete order, I understood that the shipment was split for logistical reasons.
Overall, the product quality is good, delivery was completed as promised, and the seller is genuine and reliable.

Good. Delivered in time
I ordered 1.5 W pump but got 3 W. So they called me and guided me to close one way to reduce noise as i use it for small fish bowl. Now All is fine.
