I'm giving them a 2. I had ordered stickers and they came in less than 2 weeks and was perfectly what I ordered. At the same time as the order I also singed up for the membership and it worked but would not let me make a password. The website let me back in several times without signing in but then my cache cleared and not able to login. I was also not able to make a new password. I tried for two and half weeks to contact them and nothing. I then emailed paypal and was immediately refunded through paypal. Its a shame I really liked making my own labels to print and would pay to use this service. Obviously they got my order, but why are they not responding.

everything works as expected. Very user-friendly and completely straightforward.
I wish it was possible to influence fonts as well as more square labels would be nice,

Just don’t!
I bought the lifetime subscription wanting to print my own labels. It worked fine for a few days, then suddenly I was unable to access my account.

For weeks now I have been trying to get support from BeerLabelizer via FB, mail and contact form…no response whatsoever!
Seems like the people running BeerLabelizer have left the building, even there FB page hasn’t seen any action since 2022…

Last but not least I can see several other comments on the internet from customers who have had the same experience.

More than two months delivery time making the labels irrelevant and a total waste of money.

The label quality is great but both my Christmas and New year brew got served without labels due to poor delivery. Disappointing
