Received the BeerMonster machine as a birthday present and it looks great. Set it all up, pretty straightforward and then pulled my first pint. What a let down, came dribbling out.
After a bit of time fiddling around managed to work out there were no CO2 cartridges included in the box, no instructions either. Thought a CO2 cartridge would already be installed, sadly not.
Off to the shop for some cans!

The buying process was hassle free. also.. it was MUCH cheaper than buying from anywhere else so it would be rude not to.

A shout out to Peter… Before I ordered I had a question about postage as I live in a little cottage down a farm track but they were sure to put a note on the system and of course, everything arrived as planned.

I’ve easily found compatible 5L kegs on Amazon and a via Google search so the purchase was a no brainer.

Will be looking forward to ordering my Christmas bundle :)

I used these guys when they transacted through their own beermonster.com site and I now continue to use them since their migration to Discount Dragon. Always excellent products accurately described. Great fast responses to a query I had on my last delivery too.

beermonster doesn't exist anymore. website address is forwarded to a discount site instead that sells out of date or short dated items. So i now have a beermonster keg dispenser & no way of purchasing any 5ltr kegs. Sort it out beermonster.com

BeerMonster Tap turned up within 48hours Unfortunately It had been damaged in transit I sent an email to customer services, Peter responded within hours and In less than 48hours I was pouring my first pint. First class experience it's a shame the first unit was damaged but excellent response. On the few occasions over the years I have had issues such as this, this was the most painless.
The keg is easy to install and the Tap makes an awesome pint far better than the keg alone. I love the availability of beers It seems most of my favourites are available in kegs and frees up my limited fridge space

I recieved a Beer Monster draught been machine as a gift from my partner, unfortunately there was some sort of manufacturing fault with the C02 fitting. Following a message to their Facebook page I recieved a reply giving me a telephone number for Peter one of the directors, this chap was so helpful! He replied to messages even out of hours and He sent me out a new part for the machine, sent me an instructional video of how to change the part and engaged in some beer related craic!
I changed the part with ease but unfortunately still had issues with the machine, w days later and Peter had not only sent me a completely new machine but he had stuck a free keg inside it by way of an apology!! .. I can honestly say that I've never recieved such amazing customer care from any company like I have done from Beer Monster! Amazing people! Thanks for being so awesome! I can 100% fully recommend doing business with these guys!

I ordered 3 mini kegs and they arrived extremely quickly. Delivery person was fantastic.

Edit 1: Approx. 3 hrs after writing my review here, I got a notification for an expected parcel by DPD. Looks like my order is nearing completion. Will update star rating when complete.

Original Review: Ordered a Beermonster Machine plus and extra keg. Keg didn't arrive so I emailed BM, and I got a reply saying they'd send one out next week. Sounds a little odd to have to wait until next week, but I did and nothing arrived. Contacted Peter again, and he called and promised a resolution. That has not happened either after 4 days now.

First time I’ve used BeerMonster.com - discovered them via their sponsorship of the Ducati British Superbike team. Ordered two cases of BrewDog (48x and 36x cans) plus some obligatory KP nuts. Saved just shy of £60 and delivery was included for free. Arrived within a couple of days. Very happy and will definitely be using them again. 10/10 🍻

Had a problem, beer not dispensing properly. Contacted Peter at Beer monster . Very helpful, tried to sort it out. But it was my fault, not the machine. Peter sent a replacement part out, no charge .Fantastic service thanks.

First class customer service. My partner was soaking some of the small bits to clean them and I mistakenly threw them out. I contacted support at Beer Monster to see where I could buy replacements and they sent me them free of charge. Thank you!!!

Received this as a Christmas. No gas supplied as stated so had to order that on top. 3 pints of foam + 2 flat and 1 cloudy(but did have a good head. Not yet had a pint that was as draught or even drinkable. Waste of money

I would highly recommend.

I purchased a Beer Monster beer tap for my partner for Christmas last year. She's used it many times over the last year and always loves the result. It took a bit of trial and error to get the gas flow right at first, but that's just getting to know the machine and it didn't take long for us to get it right consistently after that. My partner absolutely loves it and so was very upset when she accidently threw out the pipe that goes into the keg and connects it to the machine. However, I contacted Beer Monster and Peter was amazingly helpful and sent out a replacement free of charge, despite it being totally our fault. Cannot fault their customer service and the tap gives a great pint!

Got the beer tap and unfortunately it leaked water when filled due to unseen damage on delivery. Messaged Beer Monster on the 23rd and they sent a replacement out the same day. New one arrived new years eve and worked a treat. They even sent a keg of Budvar with the replacement on. Good customer service and very quick considering it was over the Christmas period.

Had an issue as my pump didn’t come with the keg. For some reason my emails weren’t getting through but was later contacted by Peter who was amazing. He sorted my complaint, provided me with the keg and one for free for the inconvenience. Can’t praise the customer service enough

Having damaged a part on my BeerMonster, I contacted customer services. Peter replied within a few hours to my email, he had sent the part needed via 1st class post at no cost to me. This has to be one of the best companies for aftersale service in the UK.
