Horrible Experience
Myself and three other people i know have had horrible experiences with the owner of this company. The way they conduct business is disgusting. Rips honest people off on a regular basis. People like this are exactly whats wrong with our country.

2 weeks and still no delivey.
Awful experience. Have waited 2 weeks for the order. Mgr. is quick to cut you off and tell you today. Doesn't even ask for your phone # or name, so not sure how he even knows who he is talking to.

I ordered beer delivery for a surprise party, so timing was important! The beer and ice arrived promptly on time. Jonathan Gropper was helpful in quickly answering all my email questions (including fixing my original mess up with timing!).

beer delivered cool in New York City
The delivery came promptly at 2 p.m. for delivery between 2 - 3 p.m. The beer was cool, but not cold. It would be nice to be able to specify that in the future, and also a more specific delivery time. Can't complain that it was earlier rather than later though.
