best weight loss group ever
Bee weighed is a brilliant weight loss group, lynda who leads is knowledgeable and supportive and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Throughout lockdown she has done virtual meetings for free. You can follow any diet you wish or lynda will provide one , I love attending as it’s not just a weight loss group it’s a community .
