Very relyable company. Made me trust completely for my future purchases!!

Bought tickets for Blur at Wembley Stadium at the beginning of the year for lower than average price, so I was stoked! Was a bit nervous because of this fact too though, but received the tickets as soon as they were available for everyone on Ticketmaster (few days before the show) and instantly got them transferred to my email straight to my Ticketmaster app. No shady screenshot or pdf tickets. Will probably use again if I need to :)

100% safe, no i’m not a bot or a bee yay employee, i’m a real customer. came into this feeling nervous as i spent well over $1000 on 3 tickets to the weeknd. i was checking my emails every 20 minutes for the past week checking if the tickets had come in. I didn’t find any solid evidence that beeyay was legit, but use this as the evidence you are searching for. Customer service replied within an hour and assured my everything was fine and it would take a few days for the tickets to come through. got my tickets about 10 minutes ago with 0 problems. would recommend and definitely a safe sight.

I used Beeyay to get some last minute tickets for Muse at Milton Keynes and the whole process was great! The tickets were only £50 each which was cheaper than face value and they were sent straight over. Muse were amazing, best show I’ve ever been to!

Beeyay has completely scammed us! We brought a resale ticket for my father for Christmas to see iron maiden as his biggest dream and were charged £182 when the ticket says it was only £55 only a week before the event have we got the ticket and it is completely unusable within the arena and have now been told he cannot attend as he will not be allowed in. Ridiculous. Thank you for stripping him of something he’s been looking forward to for months. Waste of time.

I ordered tickets to see Peter Gabriel and were late coming through from no fault from Beeyay. They reassured me to wait and kept in contact with me. Excellent service and thank you.

ABeeyay are absolute crooks. They charged me 4X the price on a ticket that wasn't even sold out. They did not flag that the ticket was second hand and still available at regular price. I was not from the area and had no idea that I was buying someone's else's ticket. There site should explicitly say what they are doing and to verify with ticketmaster that particular tickets are still available. I ended up buying a $100 ticket I didn't even get to use. I hate Beeyay. They are the worst company you could possibly interact with. Take my advice and run!

I bought a ticket to from Beeyay to see Morgan Wade last night in Bristol, double the price of the original ticket, and was told at the door that the ticket I had been sent would not allow me entry into the show. The ticket I had been sent was a screenshot of a barcode, however the venue wasn't accepting a screenshot and would need to see the original proof of purchase with the name of the original purchaser. This wasn't shared with me at the time that I bought the ticket. When I emailed Beeyay about this issue they asked if I had gotten proof that there was an issue, when I responded that this wouldn't have been possible, they said there was nothing they could do and to contact the venue. I would be cautious of buying a ticket with Beeyay for the above reason and make sure the ticket you have purchased is valid for the venue you have bought the ticket for.

I was a little apprehensive at first as it's a site i've not used before and haven't heard of, considering i go to a lot of gigs. But I bit the bullet and brought the ticket anyway, and I'm so glad I did. I had a few questions about the process and upon messaging the team, they cleared up my worries instantly. I got a reply in an hour or two, and when I had a follow up question that was responded to super quickly too which eased my worry. Will definitely come back in the future to search for gig tickets.

Excellent experience. It was my son’s first gig. He had no issues getting in with his ticket. The whole process was excellent from purchase to entry to the gig. Very much appreciate and would highly recommend.

I was nervous ordering from a third party site as I'd heard plenty of horror stories about people not receiving tickets etc over the years.
I am delighted to say that Beeyay were an absolute joy to deal with.
I bought two tickets to Lamb of God in Manchester for my teenage kids and they arrived in time for the gig.
Beeyay were superb in communicating the whole way through and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bought some Jessie reyez tickets as a gift. They were sold out everywhere else so quite relieved I managed to find some!

Just lost more than 500 pounds because they don't want to refund me. They change the event date so I cannot go to the event. I ask them to refund my money with 5 days before the event and they refuse. I didn't received yet the ticket that time so my money were still with them not payed to the seller yet. They refuse to refund even if was not my fault that the event date was changed.
Don't buy anything from them. They will steal your money 🙁
They don't have a real office in London, is just a rented Virtual office like every scammer have. Not even a contact phone number. Scammers !

I bought tickets for Mimi Webb on 30th December 2022 for the 22nd of April 2023 and I can happy say i am satisfied with the customer service as it only took me 4 days to get them transferred. And I only text them yesterday asking about my tickets and they replied within a day saying they been in touch with the person and they are sending them to you now. And within 30 seconds I had the email with my ticket on there. Thank Beeyay I will be highly recommending you to my friends and family and I will be using this website again as it early to us and customer service is really helpful.

Excellent service. I made a purchase in haste and then sought to cancel. Beeyay negotiated with the seller on my behalf and gained me a full refund. Would highly recommend.
