I am writing to say the tickets arrived safely yesterday for Michael Kiwanuka and I am very impressed by Beeyay customer service. I have used multiple ticket companies over the years and you are by far the best. Your regular communications were outstanding and you kept me in the loop ever since I placed the order in Oct 2021. I am now satisfied after a disagreement which Beeyay put to right. They understood my predicament and acted in my favour. Just beware, all, of unseen charges for tickets, though. Thank you, customer service.

After 2 delays due to covid we found the new date clashed with a family event and thought we had lost the tickets....How amazing to find that we were offered a refund under the circumstances and so quick and helpful I can't recommend Beeyay enough...well done for being amazing! Thank you!

Fast & Honest Service!
I happened to be in London and noticed Tash Sultana was playing (I had just missed the chance to see her in Germany). After several frustrating attempts to grab a ticket via [the big ticket site] I decided to try Beeyay.
It was easy AND the seats were premium rather than floor! The best part was the speedy and personal customer service I got after a confusion on the "show date" printed on the ticket. A few speedy/easy & friendly emails and it was fully resolved...and the TS performance fantastic!

I bought tickets but unfortunately event got rescheduled due to Covid situation last January. New date was not suitable for me, Beeyay customer support was very supportive and responsive and helped me to get refund.

Great experience buying with this company and any issues I had regarding the event they had great customer service on Twitter and resolved straight away , would definitely recommend and buy from again 100%.

A very good service and would highly recommend. They made the buying process very simple and kept me in touch with ticketing news. When the concert that I had tickets for was cancelled they were very understanding and agreed straight away to refund me which was very much appreciated.

I had bought tickets for a tour which got unfortunately postponed due to Covid in January 2022. I emailed an informal email explaining that I would be unable to attend any not yet confirmed dates for a rescheduled tour and enquired about a refund.

Within 12 hours I received a personal response confirming the refund.

So I ordered tickets for a gig for my daughter early Xmas present at first was abit worried about the tickets arriving beeyay responded to me every time I had a concern tickets arrived today would use again

I was a bit hesitant to use the website initially, but the customer support team were very helpful and would have quick responses to any of my queries. My experience in buying the tickets was very easy and quick process.

This company is 100% genuine.. like most people i imagine you would be sceptical at first.. let me reassure you there is no need to be!
Ordered a ticket weeks ago and I was worried about the transaction.. How silly of me to be worried!
I recently messaged customer services and asked for a refund due to the new restrictions coming in play..
Within an hour I had a reply issuing me a full refund which only took a couple of days to go back into my bank..
I will certainly be ordering tickets again when this madness is all over!

The customer support from Beeyay is excellent. Had a little problem with the tickets from the seller but the customer support team worked quickly to resolve this. The communication from them was brilliant! Would highly recommend using this platform to buy/sell tickets.

The service I have received from Beeyay to locate my tickets for a concert next week was really excellent! They were super helpful & quick to reply!

Bought tickets for Lamb of God via Beeyay was told ticketmaster had released them but they came under a different name so I didn’t think I had them but I did ! Apologies to Beeyay for the previous review .. They are not full of bull they are actually very good and tickets were not too expensive as some of these tickets companies are. They did respond to my emails and I will definitely book with them again . I’m very pleased

Purchased tickets on 6/4/21 for DIGGA D on 25/10/21 and have still not received tickets.

I bought the tickets about a month ago and still haven't got the tickets.. I'm not from the place that it is going to be the concert and I've told them that I really need the tickets, but they I'm not recieving them...
