Befitting makes sure you have a current Rx and do a good job with the lenses, their frame selection is very good and the whole process was fast and easy.

Way better selection/ cheaper had me skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy, shipment quick, glasses just as pictured. I’ll be buying again- lady can’t have too many pairs

I really appreciated the tools to virtually try on glasses and the guidance to measure pupil distance. It was great to be able to do this from home with no high-pressure salesperson trying to upsell me. Customer service was helpful. This is the second time we have used Befitting to order glasses and have been very satisfied with the outcome.

Once we figured out the prescription, the process was easy and quick. I will order a pair of glasses within the next two weeks.

This was my first experience ordering eyeglasses online and Befitting made it easy. It was a cinch to select glasses and see how my insurance coverage worked. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and was wearing my new specs the following Tuesday- fast!

Process was easy and no hassle of going to a local eye glass store.
The only thing I think Befitting could do better is to make sure frames are straight and not twisted before
sending out. I received my glasses and the frame sat crooked on my face to I had to figure out how to adjust them without being broken. This could have been checked and adjusted before being sent out.
I was excited to receive my new glasses to I kept checking the status online and it never changed for almost ten days, then when it did change it said they were in the process. Days later, after receiving my glasses I got an email saying they had been shipped.
Their notification process is slow.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would order again.

First, this company is a game changer! I will never buy glasses from a brick and mortar store! The experience of putting in my information for my insurance and my benefits being loaded was absolutely amazing. It took maybe a week before I got my glasses and they are great. At first I didn't believe it but I read the reviews and took a chance. So glad that I did!

I love my new sunglasses. The fit is awesome. They fit snug, don’t leave an imprint on my nose, and they don’t slide down my nose. The polaroid lenses have a prescription so it makes it very easy to read and my eyes are protected against harmful sun rays. I love my new sunglasses so much I forget to take them off once I come inside. They are so light, fashionably chic,and the lenses are so clear you forget that you are not wearing eyeglasses.

Great customer service and fast delivery. Workmanship needs improvement. Ordered Oakley prescript glasses and inside frame was scratched. I assume when they installed the lens. Should be more careful on a $300 frame.

Although the majority of contact has been held through an online channel, it is very apparent that the support team values customer service and goes above and beyond to offer the best customer experience.
