Do Not Buy from this group

Do Not Buy from this group! I bought a smartwatch advertised as 'HW Painless Blood Glucose ALL DAY Monitoring Smart Bluetooth WatchBlack (Silicone)' When the watch arrived on 5 Dec 2024, I carefully followed the instructions and downloaded 'WearFit Pro ' as instructed. The watch and APP for Australia does not record Blood Glucose levels - At all! I asked for a refund and after many emails back and forth was offered USD$12 - which I did not take up because the goods were not fit for purpose! Their website says money-back guarantee - Not So. On the last email 'Perhaps you can try this: download the blood glucose indicator from the app to the watch, where the indicator is two drops of blood, and then click on the indicator to measure blood glucose.

Customer Service Team: I responded that the facility does not exist in the app or phone menu! I have heard nothing since. Seems like a scam!
