Warning: Beforward is a Scam!
Please, everyone, be very cautious when dealing with Beforward. I recently purchased a vehicle—specifically a Land Cruiser Prado—and I want to share my experience to warn others.
I paid for the car in March, but I only received it in June. While shipping delays are understandable, the issues with the vehicle were shocking:
The car lacked the ABC system.
It had a broken key.
The hydraulic pump was faulty.
Both front and rear shocks were damaged.
The central locking system was broken.
The steering box was defective.
All four tires were unusable.
The brake shoes were worn out.
We raised these concerns with the company, but they kept giving excuses and playing around. Despite claiming the car was in good condition, it was far from it. We even went to Toyota Rwanda for a comprehensive inspection, and the report confirmed the extent of the damages.
When we presented this to Beforward, they offered only an $800 refund—despite us paying over $22,000 for the vehicle.
This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. I urge everyone to be very careful and skeptical when dealing with Beforward.

This is my second vehicle with Be Forward. There were generally no issues with the first one. However, this second vehicle, I ordered it from Be Forward in March 2025. The vehicle arrived 4 days ago but I collected it 2 days ago from the port of entry (Wednesday August 6, 2025). Everything was smooth up until I received my vehicle. As soon as I collected the vehicle I noticed that the check engine light for the air bag was on. Later I discovered that the cigarette lighter was not working and the fog lamps were not coming on. I had an electrician check it out in my presence and he showed me that the wiring to the cigarette lighter was not connected, the fog lamp wiring was not connected properly and the wiring harness to the passenger seat belt buckle was missing. So he fixed (in my presence) the cigarette lighter and the fog lamps. I contacted Be Forward immediately today and they are saying that they sent me pictures of the dashboard without the fault code. However, before it was shipped their agent Vova had indicated that the vehicle was being fitted. Now Be Forward is blaming me for their fault and it seems that they are unable to rectify the issue. This is plain dishonesty.
Super easy purchase from Beforward. I just picked the car online and followed the instructions. I was watching the vessel online as well, and on the right day, I just flew to Vancouver to pick up my car. Everything was nice and smooth, plus excellent communication. The car was in perfect condition, I can't complain. Thinking about purchasing another one. From Beforward of course!

The car I bought from Be forward is not good, it was a bit cheap yes but the car is not in good conditions. Non of the problems that the car has was described. Buying with Be forward is definitely not a good thing, this was not a good purchase at all. Thank you!

2nd car what I purchased from Beforward. First experience was brilliant. This purchase was a disaster. The car was advertised as excellent condition. It wasn’t that. Arrived with scratches on the front bumper, front bumpers. Broken sun visor, no revers camera working, power steering pump doesn’t work, auxiliary belt tensioner locked, and other mayor issues. I reported all issues and Beforward doesn’t even answered. I purchased the car with low mileage to avoid problems. I’m engaging a local law firm to sort it out. It hast to stop using is in Africa.

I paid for a car on 6th June and they indicated on my CAP that payment was made on 24th June. For over a month now, the car is still at the preparation stage.
Also, their customer service is very terrible. They never respond to emails. I’ve sent them several emails and had no response to any of them. It is a mess I must say

I receive my car Harrier October 2023 but after using it shortly the steering was strembling due to lack of wheel balance and alignment. Also the left shock ups was , engine plugs, brake pads was not in a good condition as was forced me to use extra money to rectify the situation.
I received my vehicle very neat and nice without any issues the Be Forward company is the best ever we will continue buying vehicles from this company
The transaction was quick and easy, the shipping was very fast! I received my Toyota harrier in less than 2 months in St Vincent. I highly recommend BE Forward.
Beforward provides good services however the main concern is that why don't you reply messages when we buy cars through Pakistan agents, for example when we want 50% balance payment link as long that unit is reserved by a Pakistan you won't reply. Please kindly improve on that issue
