Underwhelmed
Underwhelmed. I requested a university transcript translation. The first draft came in about 3 or 4 days full of weird formatting decisions, missing/false translations, and misspellings. Luckily, I am B2 fluent and could catch some of the more egregious ones. But at that point I had paid 50 Euros plus had to spend about 1.5 hours going through and translating the document myself to make sure everything else was correct. Not sure what the certification requirements are for their contractors but I'm not very satisfied. Turn around is relatively fast, it's relatively cheap, and in the end I have a useable document. But reviewing the document before accepting it is CRUCIAL! And unfortunately that's a big issue.
