I had to wait nearly 2 hours just fo be spoken to a manager and my case escalated. I just wanted a refund and after 2 days have received email confirmation that this is what they’ll do and for me to write a review. I am currently still waiting on my refund.

Total scam
This company is a complete scam!!! Payments taken from my bank regarding a subscription I've never signed up for converting money to credits to use on their website. Telling me I've received emails regarding terms and conditions, first email received was after I questioned who they were and cancelled this so called subscription. Contacted bank first and reported. Please everyone be careful with this company!

Do not trust this company
1 star rating only because there isn't a zero star rating. Company based in Cyprus. Thought I was making a one-off purchase but was signed up to a subscription service. When the second debit (unauthorised by me) was made from my account I cancelled the subscription only to be informed that no refund would be made unless I left a 4 or 5 star review here on Trust pilot. Having reviewed other reviews on this company it is clear that others have fallen for their tactics & left 4 & 5 star reviews in the forelorn hope of receiving a refund. This is clearly a scam company so please steer clear or you will regret your decision. Needless to say I won't have anymore dealings with this company - be on your guard & learn from my mistake.
