My partner and I have purchased dice from Beholders Gaze since 2023 and it has & always will be the best place to purchase dice from. We're both huge DnD fans and their dice never disappoint. Excellent service at all times - could not recommend enough :)

The dice themselves are lovely and I always appreciate the monster stat card and stickers but I ordered a set of dice for my niece's birthday a couple of weeks in advance and I didn't even get a notification to say they had been shipped until the night before her birthday. Fortunately, I owned a similar looking set of dice which I wrapped for her so she is none the wiser ( I've yet to explain to the friend who gave me those dice what has happened to them). They eventually arrived about three days after that. I appreciate that the postal service can be slow but I don't believe my order was even looked at for a over a week. This is the second time I have waited a long time for an order to arrive. I also ordered several blind bags in November which took a while to get to me (but they weren't as time sensitive). Might be worth looking at your processes and making some improvements. And my recommendation to customers is to order WELL in advance!!

One of the dice set I ordered was the Forest Green Pearl 7 piece set.
Instead I received the Green Pearl 7 piece set.
Also, the Dragon Blood set doesn't have a d4.

I have contacted them about this and they have agreed to send me the correct and missing dice. Will update when I receive them.

UPDATE (15/03): All dice have been received, the Forest Green set is beautiful.
They were really nice and quick to correct their mistake.

Ordered a set of sharp-edged dice for a friend for a birthday, and was able to arrange (via email) a personalised message and invoice removed.
Friend was very pleased with their gift!

I just straight up didn‘t receive the most expensive one of the things I ordered, but still paid customs for it. I wrote to customer support last week when it arrived but no answer yet.

The dice were nicely packaged and good quality. Though the dice ethereal dreams did look a little better in pictures than in reality. The shipping took awhile but that is to be expected from international shipping. Overall good.
