Great quality & even better customer service

Customer support was great it was just the delivery company royal mail as they took a bit of a de tour and made the parcel take a while but the support I got as I emailed fir help was great

Items were recieved quickly, extremely great quality, my son loved them so much, hes already made plans to get his friends to use this company.

Beholdersgaze have an awesome client service. They immediately exchanged a default item and added a small gift to say sorry. I would recommend them any time.

The dice are great and look beautiful.
The postage was a little delayed, I had to contact beholders gaze on the last day of their usual delivery time as I hadn't had any confirmation of shipment. They were quick to answer my email and explained that they had a back log due to the September sale they had on and in fact they had been shipped that morning. I received the shipping email a few hours later and my dice a day or two after that.
Overall a great experience just not as far as they usually are. Customer service were prompt and clear in their response though.

I've ordered before and they are super beautiful! The tracking went weird, but after I contacted them they were helpful and comforting, and the dice arrived perfectly.

Dice were great and I loved the complimentary sticker! Just be aware in case you order from Greece, you have to pay extra for customs. I had to pay extra 5€ for a 25€ purchase.

Delivered quickly and a great set of dice, immediately rolled two nat20’s so I can only assume they’re magical.
Also immediately put the monster from the free monster stat block in my campaign and killed a player!

Love these speckled pink dice. Sticker is cool. Took a little over 2weeks for shipping but I chose the cheapest method and the dice were well worth the wait.

I live in the UK and got their free delivery, I was waiting 2 weeks and the dice still hadnt come, I emailed them and they got back to me pretty quickly about the fact they'd had a week long shutdown period of which I wasn't made aware of.

after the conversation with the team I received the dice 3 days later. so I'm pretty happy with that, would have appreciated a communication but no problems.

I bought the green dragon eyes set and the gold foil rainbow set. both were very expensive and a bit disappointing for the price. the rainbow set is cut nicely but there's no weight to the dice and look alot better in the photos, but the case they came in was quite nice. the eyes set are made by just dropping a small piece of plastic in during the casting process. from some angles they look amazing but from other angles they look terrible and tacky.

would definitely buy from them again but I recommend to buy the more basic sets as the gimmick sets are made to look alot nicer in the marketing photos than they are in real life

I haven't received my order since it was the pre-order for the Dice Calenders. I'm super excited to get them in November, order process was simple and conversion rates for USD was easy and convenient.

I E-Mailed asking for help with specific colours and they were very helpful with suggestions. Bought the dice for a friend, they looked really nice.

Delivered within the time frame and nicely packaged. Love the sticker.

I absolutely love my dice! They’re so pretty and well priced. They did take a while to arrive after being shipped and the photo for the haunted doesn’t really show the blood spatters on them but other than that I couldn’t recommend them enough!
