Very disappointing
Vibrating compressor housing or some such. Very loud.
Beko expressed no interest whatsoever and tried to blame everyone else. Very disillusioned and upsetting.

We replaced our old Beko fridge with a new model. The old one was at least 12 years old and was still working fine. We replaced it because the door shelves had fallen off. maybe because of the plastic being old and fragile? The new one is great and the internal light is so bright, compared to the old one!

adjustment
The lead man (Rees?) was brilliantly skilled and adjusted the incorrect installation done on 19th July so did not need to exchange the washing machine for a new one.. It is now working well !!!

The flap on the freezer top shelf has come off and can,t get it back again .... it was so stiff to pull down and it came right off I am very disappointed Could you phone me on 07831579795 to arrange someone to come and fix it i've only had it a couple of weeks ... It;s almost impossible to pull open thank you .

Although the machine is good, the 45 page instruction booklet is poor. Very helpful in parts, but deficient in explaining some buttons on our machine. It seems like it was written for a different model

Purchased a oven end of june once out…
Purchased a oven end of june once out of the box we noticed is was damaged and had to go back.. got a new replacement oven a few days later and when fitting it there was no screws to attach the ovenvto the unit when there should have been. But i used it once and it took forever to cook something and halfway through cooking the oven tripped out all my electricity 3 times. I have had to wait for someone to fix the oven or replace it and iv had people cancelling there visits or not turn up. I have been living without an oven for the best part of 2 months now

Im really glad I bought this washer. Its much quieter than my old one. Im really happy with the various washes cycle choices and a it was a decent price.

Pump went wrong after 4 months
We bought the machine when we moved home. I was pleased with it's performance but 4 months later the water wasn't pumping out fully. The engineer, who was pleasant, came out about 4 days later. He had to order a new pump which took a week. He came to fit it but said it still wasn't draining properly as there was a blockage in the waste pipe extension which wasn't covered by the warranty. I had to call out a local engineer thst we've used before. He checked the extension pipe and there was nothing in it
On further inspection he found that the main waste pipe was kinked because the machine had been pushed back too far and subsequently the water couldn't get out. That cost me £69! So much for a warranty.

Very time consuming and annoying trying to change the programme selected to the fast option. Why isn’t there just a button?? Does not change.
Once the washing detergent capsule did not disintegrate resulting in clothing not being cleaned.
