I paid 219eu for a fix (the compressor was broken) and we have been using this drying machine for only 26 months(couple w/o children, once per week) whereas the guarantee period is 24 months... it feels like it is designed to be broken right after guarantee period. I do not think i am going to buy something from Beko again...
I was lucky to find this amazing mechanic. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. His approach was very professional, and at the same time, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

The device breaks constantly and the repair is expensive.
3 years and we already have the third problem with our refrigerator. We requested a technical visit and they simply gave a random day for it, with no schedule and no chance to change it. They called that day from a different number that we didn't recognize, they didn't make the visit and my husband tried to contact me to find out what time they would come and they didn't answer. Now they want to charge me, I called twice to complain, one attendant was terribly rude and another hung up on me. They want to make money in addition to offering a terrible product to customers.
