I placed an order on March 24th 2026 waited a lil bit then reached out to the company twice and no response then they go thru shop which I used a lot when ordering they haven't responded either...smh...scam after scam this place sucks

Pretty much the same as the other victims...Fraud & unresponsive. I ordered & paid for the Tropical Glow Duo, the charge hit my cc immediately, I received one of two bottles. Per the website instructions, I sent several inquires/emails to supportbelezo.store and never recvd a response or any acknowledgement....since January 2026. But after reading the other negative experiences, I guess I should feel grateful for receiving half the order charged to my cc. Smh

I ordered Belezo Tropical perfume on the 16th Jan 2026 and have not received it, £31 was taken quickly enough from my account. I sent several emails and didn't even get one response. I went through my bank and filed a fraud claim, they are still investigating but unless Belezo respond there’s not much can be done.
They are a complete fraud, DO NOT TOUCH THEM!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
You buy 1 item go to checkout. Checkout get a email saying you signed up to a 3 month subscription. Emailed, tried to cancel which just sends a message to store owner. Called normal phone. No answers or response back. I got my bank to block the payments. She tried to take payment bank blocked it had the cheek to send a email to update my bank details. This is a fraud and all the other websites she makes up are her’s (check other bad reviews on here same name) he was registered in the UK and closed the company. Stay away fraud.
