Dreadful..
Dreadful... wanted to return a book as I'd accidentally ordered two copies and used the email provided by this seller to contact them. Apparently the address can't receive emails or is "unknown". Then tried their chat function. Left contact details on the chat, again as their instructions said. More than a week of chasing and then found another email address buried on their Instagram account which isn't showing anywhere on their website. What a scam.
