Sadly this is a scam. My jacket is still in the system some three months after ordering it.

Initally requested cancellation of order as I became wary of the quality of their products. I recieved a reply stating that it could not be cancelled but I could return the product when it arrived. Since I received my order I have tried to contact them three times over the last 2 weeks asking for a return address and I have not recieved a single reply

I ordered a jacket from the website and when it came- was a different colour and the sleeves were t shirt thin!

I contacted the company to request details to return the goods for refund and the response I received was ridiculous.

Due to the final clearance status of the item- no refunds are available, I was told that this was made obvious to me prior to payment. The policy also states that if the goods are faulty they can be returned.... but there are no returns information/ address available anywhere...

Unfortunately the point of sale ‘no returns’ information is just not true. Also, every single item advertised on the company’s website is reduced for final clearance.... which has been its final day of sale every day for the past few months.....

It was quite clear that this company had no intention of supplying the quality of goods they advertise on their website.

Facebook Advertising comments seem to disappear- I can imagine I’m not the only one to have had this experience...
When challenging with a further two emails- I was met with silence.

Really poor quality goods coupled with astonishingly poor customer service- this screams scam to me. I would encourage anyone looking to buy from belfastcoats.com to go elsewhere to avoid frustration and disappointment.
