Absolutely rubbish as a service and method of use. If you have a chance don't use and avoid.
So unreliable. I bought a EV car so I can make use of the believ ev chargers because I don't have a driveway.
But it's been months since the ones in east ham have not been working properly or not working at all??? What is going on. There is no communication with customers or no notices about the issue , and how much longer we have to wait!
Tried three charging points in West London.
Unable to register debit card on the App.
Two charging points ‘under maintenance’

Best car charger app around. Clear, easy to use, informative and always seems to work OK (unlike many others).
I was racially discriminated against and forced to resign from my senior engineering role at Believ. I do not recommend Believ, they protect evil managers and CFOS. They promote a toxic working environment.
Avoid them.
I picked up a car from BCA Thurleigh and I checked from google map Belive charging point was closest to me but when I got there I couldn’t charge my car. I paid twice and no charge received, I called customer service but they couldn’t help either. I had very little charge in my car and I end up calling my Recovery, Complete waste of money and waste of time! Never ever again want to see this charging point!
As I found an issue with ev changing and informed matter to Believ customer services but I found they don’t deal the matter professionally instead want establish whatever feel right.
I was encountered an issue with charging station ! The manager sort the problem in a professional way!!! Thank you!!!
