I am writing to formally dispute the subscription terms and recent account modifications regarding my purchase of [100tasks Digital Resources and courses].
Upon reviewing my account, I found that the service agreement and pricing structure were not presented with the transparency required for an informed purchase. I was initially charged a $1 trial fee and two additional resource packages totaling $98. I was subsequently informed of a recurring subscription cost of $199 per unit, per month—terms that were not clearly disclosed during the initial checkout process.
I did not knowingly authorize or request subscriptions for these AI-integrated tools, as my primary intent for this transaction was to access specific educational courses.
Following my request to cancel the unauthorized AI tool subscriptions, I discovered that the platform has restricted my access to the Project Management course, despite the fact that I have fulfilled the full payment for all digital materials and the trial period remains active. The removal of content I have already paid for, combined with the lack of clear disclosure regarding the automatic subscription enrollment, is an unacceptable practice.
I am requesting the following:
1. Immediate restoration of access to the Project Management course and all materials I have paid for in full.
2. Confirmation of cancellation for all recurring AI tool subscriptions, as these were not part of my intended purchase.
3. Clarification regarding the refund policy for the trial and resource fees, given that the access I paid for has been unilaterally terminated by the platform.
Please consider this a formal notice regarding the discrepancy between the services advertised and the services provided. I expect a prompt resolution regarding the restoration of my course access and the permanent cessation of all unauthorized billing.
I purchased 100 Tasks on May 11, 2026 and was charged $236.81. I requested cancellation and a full refund on May 13 within the stated refund window. Support confirmed cancellation on May 15, later offered either a full refund or extended access on June 8, and I chose the full refund on June 11. On June 14 they wrote that the refund request was approved and would be processed within 5-7 business days.
That window has passed. After follow-ups on June 22, June 23, June 24, and June 25, I still have no refund, no refund/reference ID, and no firm arrival date. I only want the refund back to the original payment method, not account credit or extended access.
I was promised a full refund of $199.00 on June 5, 2026, after being tricked into a hidden subscription. Jen from support confirmed the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days (by June 16).
It is now June 17, and I have received NOTHING. They have stopped responding to my emails. This company uses deceptive "dark patterns" to charge founders and then stalls on promised refunds.
DO NOT TRUST 100 TASKS. I am now filing a formal complaint with the German consumer protection authorities (Verbraucherzentrale) and the European ODR platform.
Deceptive marketing, presented as one time payment for package of resources. Balloon recurring payment sneakily hidden in fine print of payment form. Why not just be upfront with pricing if you think you are providing value?
This website is a scam. They make you purchase via a funnel with endless upsells at low cost and charge high amounts afterwards as hidden chargers. Watchout.

I had a terrible experience with 100 Tasks due to their deceptive billing practices and a painfully protracted refund process.
Misleading Subscription/Unauthorized Charges: I made an initial purchase that I understood to be a one-time, small fee. However, I was charged a full $199.00 for a recurring subscription without my clear consent. The required condition for the $199 per month fee was "severely lacking in transparency" during the checkout process. This is a common complaint, with other reviewers highlighting negative interactions with the price, frequently reporting unexpected or unauthorized charges, which others have labeled as fraudulent behavior and a scam.
Extremely Slow Refund Process: While the subscription was confirmed as canceled and my request for a full refund of the $199.00 was approved on March 22, 2026, with a promise of processing within 5–7 business days, I have still not received the money. I have had to follow up repeatedly on March 14, April 13, and most recently on May 7, 2026, demanding the refund and stating that the delay is taking "too long" and "looks like a scam". The failure to deliver a confirmed refund for over a month and a half after approval is unacceptable.1
If you are looking for clarity in pricing and reliable customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

It’s a scam! They tried to burry their $199/mo subscription in the fine print within a $7 product. This is fraudulent & NOT a way to do business with anyone, not even for a low-ticket product.
Stay away from this scammy company!
EDIT - ANSWER: no, your team is NOT reviewing anything - you still offer your fraudulent pricing on your website. You're consciously scamming people!

I've come across one of their Spring promotions to get a checklist for $3 plus few additional add-ons adding to a total of $77. The instructions was to reset the password and create account so I did and it mentions that in 30 mins I will get access to the portal and resources I paid for.
Apparently the Trustpilot badge they have on their website and reviews are incorrect and it feels like a big scam.
I've emailed their support for clarification but I didn't receive any update until the time I'm writing this review.

This company cannot be trusted. I signed up for an initial plan and a free trial.
I tried to cancel after the first invoice and have since been charged $597 while "Jen" has been telling me my subscription has been cancelled and a refund will be issued.
Instead now for 3 months with no refund and further charges of $199 per month.
Today I received another Stripe reminder of my authorization.

Avoid this company.
First, they ask you for your credit card number to purchase the PDFs. Straightforward. But then they charge you couple months later for $250+ for a service you did not want. You ask for a refund, they agree for the refund, but then total radio silence for couple weeks. Have to sort this mess with my bank now.
Avoid these scammers!

My experience with 100 Tasks was terrible. I bought the $5 “lifetime access” offer for the 100 Tasks Startup Toolkit and was later charged $199 for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. After that, I did not receive proper access to the product, and my attempts to contact support were ignored. Extremely disappointing experience. In my view, this felt misleading, badly handled, and not trustworthy at all. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before entering their payment details.

100Tasks is a scam. I never agreed to pay $199.00. After the first look, I decided it was it was worthless and didn't authorize a $199 payment. The scam keeps try to charge my bank account. The state and federal DOJs need to investigate the scam practices.I don't have access to cancel and the company is sending me threats. My bank blocked them because of suspicions of fraud. Meta needs to know about all the complaints and so does the Better Business Bureau.

Fraudulent. Advertised in capital letters as an one-time 7$ purchase turns out to be a 240$ subscription.
Requested a refund, which they approved. But, this was months ago and I still did not receive a penny.

UPDATE 6 WEEKS LATER: PEOPLE PLEASE WATCH OUT. AFTER PROMISING FOR WEEKS TO RETURN MY MONEY I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING.
240 EUR was charged from my account without any approval. Watch out for this company.

Charged twice, zero resolution.
I was charged $236.81 twice by Bell Ventures. Their support rep, Jen Roberts, confirmed my subscription was cancelled and a refund would be issued — neither happened. Instead, I was charged again.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. No refund, no cancellation confirmation, no accountability.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid.
