Don’t buy anything from…

Don’t buy anything from belladanmark-dk.com

I received the cowboy boots that i buy from not buy anything from belladanmark-dk.com and I am shocked because they tricked me. The boots I received are made of PU leather (Polyurethane leather) and not real leather as the ones on the website show. In reality the boots I received are some cheap crap that even the size 44 that I ordered does not fit because they are smaller, I think they are 43 and I cannot wear them. the fact that you cheated me by sending me a pair of artificial leather boots and you did not respond. What they are doing now proves that they are scammers who are fooling people by selling them garbage products as quality products. I will write all over the internet about the fact that they are scammers and that people should not buy anything from belladanmark-dk.com

Even 1 Star Is Too Much

I completely agree with the other negative reviews. My experience with Belladanmark DK was extremely bad. The product quality was poor and absolutely not worth the price.
Trying to return the item was a nightmare. The return process is unclear, and the return form is not even available on their website. When I finally got information about returning the product, I discovered that although their website lists a return address in London, the actual return address is in Albania — and you have to pay for the return yourself.
Customer support is unhelpful, and getting a refund feels almost impossible. Overall, this shopping experience felt misleading and very frustrating. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this site.

Does not repair under Warranty

I had purchased a headset that broke after 2 months. I emailed them twice for a warranty repair but they just rejected without any questions. By the way I have now found the exact same headset on Temu and a lot cheaper

WATCH OUT!!!!!!
The quality is very poor. The shipping is from far away and not in Europe as it says on their site and therefore takes a long time. The worst is when you want to return and ask for a 39 DDK returnlabel as promised on their site, you won’t get such a thing. They just ignore that and You must pay a lot of money for return shipping.

Even 1 Star is too many

I agree fully with the other reviews. This is a fake company, DO NOT BUY from them. Poor quality and do not even try to return the product. You will never get your money back. On their website they list a return address in London. But if you ever succeed in receiving the return form, which is not available on their website, the return address is ALBANIA! And you have to pay the Retoure. Even 1 Star is too many.
