ordered item 6th april,got dispatch note 16th april,item never received,sent numerous emails,facebook messages and called numerous times,no reply at any stage and still nothing received!!!! PLEASE AVOID ORDERING ON THIS SITE

Placed an order recived a confirmation email, no delivery date but they have taken my money. Emailed the company asking for a delivery date, recived an automated reply, saying they will get back to me. Called them no agents available, said they would call back. Still waiting a call...Looking at the reviews I am not very hopefull.

Keep your money safe they took my money and 2 months later I still have no Money back and no product.... Don't use theses scammers

Just going to start with DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON BELLA GADGETS!!! The product arrived 5 weeks after they promised and it looked like something from a cheap Xmas cracker. They also claim they're in China yet the package said it was from walsall. Keep your money guys.

I ordered a garment which arrived and now need to return it because its design and size is not appropriate for my husband. There are no return instructions. Bella gadgets will not give me a return address nor refund my purchase price. Emails do not make sense and they do not phone back as they say they will. This has been going on for 4 weeks now with no end in site. I am now going to take it further as their customer service is non existent.

Foolishly, I never read the reviews first and if I had, would never have bought anything from this scam company.

The product I received bore no resemblance to the images on their website, images that they've obviously swiped from a legitimate site selling the genuine product.

My item was totally unfit for use and would never have done what it was supposed to do. It was very cheap looking and probably only worth 50p. Thank heavens I only lost £19. Needless to say, it is now in the bin and I have applied to PayPal for a refund from this bunch of theiving charlatans.

As for their customer service, it is non-existent as they don't respond to emails.

Please don't make the same mistake as me. DO NOT EVER buy anything from this sham of a company, they need to be closed down.

I opened a dispute case with Paypal who have found in my favour and I have received all of my money back.

No stars, this company takes your money sends faulty goods & doesn’t respond to your emails. I wasted £18 on a faulty product which I cannot return . I didn’t realise they are in China! Feel like such an idiot. Do not use this company to make a purchase

I ordered a strapless bra about 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Very very frustrated and have no confidence in this item ever arriving.

Scammers, they should be shut down. Don't buy from them. Weeks waiting on my order and still have heard nothing and can't even get in contact with them. Stay well clear.

Absolutely awful company. Clearly just a scam. Would never have ordered something if I had known. Should not be on search sites. Just takes money from people.

What a terrible company. The item I ordered took over three weeks to arrive (I was not advised of these timescales at the point of purchase). I was unable to reject the delivery and I am now fighting for a refund. Very poor experience and lousy, slow customer service.

I ordered an item ( anti glare visor) several weeks back and just enquired where the item was and was told to track delivery process via link
if i am reading it correctly it looks like the item has been shuttled all around China and is now back “in the airport of origin” it doesn’t make sense so asked them to cxl order and refund money but they declined because order in transit …. but for 3 weeks!!

Unfortunately the 2nd time I've fallen for this. Ordered a support vest - no order confirmation - no delivery - no reply to tele call - no reply to email. As I recall a similar experience a couple of years ago - item came after about 4 months but was incorrect - didn't bother to return due to the high cost of shipping it back.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot tell you how much stress this company has caused me. I ordered a Back Support on 19 January, it is 12 March and I haven't received my Order as yet. But I have been checking all the time and today their tracking website said they had delivered it to me.. Well I haven't received it. I want my money refunded. If I could I'd give them a zero review and I've reported them to PayPal. Follow up 18/03/23
PayPal have now refunded my money.

Didn't know I was ordering from China or I wouldn't have ordered. I ordered the item in January and it is now 10th March and still haven't received it. I've emailed the company with no reply and there is now info to contact delivery company so I'm out of pocket. Don't order from this company

I didn't realise the company was chinese. Almost a month and no goods have arrived. Fortunately, not too much cash involved. Do NOT use this company.
