We were so delighted with the first project that Bellanhurst completed for us (a complete strip out and replacement of a bathroom) that we used them again to remodel and replace our hall, stairs and landing, including a new loft hatch.
Right from the start their communications were great, the quality of the workmanship was exceptional and the workmen who came to our house were always polite and obliging. We even made a few changes to the scope of the second project, half way through the build, but nothing was too much trouble and the end result has left us both delighted.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Bellanhurst to anyone, in fact, we already have.

We live in a difficult 400 year old listed house, so not easy to work on or in. Bellanhurst completed an absolutely fantastic job fully removing and refitting two bathrooms, so much so we asked them to return to install a full kitchen.

Harvey (not only a gentleman) was accurate and timely with the quote, kept a keen interest in the project throughout, and his work force were polite, professional and highly skilled. Ian, who managed and completed both the bathrooms and kitchen, has such a fantastic eye for detail, went out of his way to pick bits up we forgot and offered constitutive, professional advice based on years of experience throughout.

I will now only use Bellanhusrt for work on the house. Trustworthy, professional and with great communication throughout.

Harvey and his team completed an unusual side extension to our property.
From initial quotation to completion we were kept informed of progress almost on a daily basis. The Bellanhurst team were polite, pleasant, and skilled at their respective trades. The project commenced as on time and finished on time.

This is the 2nd time we have used Bellanhurst, which says a lot in itself. The quality of the work is good, Harvey kept us informed almost daily on any material holdups and works schedule. The team is fantastic, really helpful, clean, tidy and easy to get on with (the dogs love them) I'm delighted with the end results, in both the rooms the teams have worked in, both very different jobs. Would not want to use any other firm now. Would definitely recommend

Couldn't have had a more different experience to the last reviewer, so please be careful. We have been left with a catalogue of issues requiring us to engage a structural engineer for peace of mind who to quote noted the 'poor workmanship' when building our side return extension. We have since needed to engage a plumber several times to fix emerging issues, an electrician and painter/decorator to rectify Bellanhurst's work. Potentially serious issues are still coming to light, which the company are uninterested in. Communication has been a particular pain point throughout, with over promising, missed deadlines and poor complaints handling. I personally would not recommend this company.

Bellanhurst completed our dream Victorian Semi side-return extension. I have nothing but praise for Harvey, Ken, Ian and the wider team. From start to finish their communication was excellent with regards to every aspect of the build - we were never left in the dark and were always updated.

I was particularly impressed by the personal touch; nothing was ever to much trouble no matter what time of the day or week. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would recommend their services without hesitation - we shall be booking them again for our bathroom upgrade! 😎👌

We had a bathroom refurb done by Bellanhurst and are extremely happy with the results. What was once a shabby old bathroom and a corridor has now been knocked into a stylish and contemporary bathroom. The guys were always on time, polite and considerate of our home. Definitely recommended.
