Biggest LOSS of my entire career!

I really, really wanted to love this company but after all I've experienced I will NEVER recommend or buy from again. Honestly one of the WORST experiences I've had with a company in my life. I was chased for over a year to purchase their facial machine, finally gave in, PAID IN FULL - & machine given was faulty from the moment I opened the crate. Not to mention, all of my order was not even in the box. I should have seen the red flags and asked for a refund in full but I really anted to believe Melissa was telling the truth. They had to keep sending me additional orders because every one was wrong. Gave me "free" devices to compensate for the mistakes and both of those stopped working after 2 uses. So so sad because I really wanted to support this "woman based" business but LESSON LEARNED. And now? - entire company is gone. No website. No returned phone calls. Just an inactive Instagram that no one responds to. Shame on you Melissa and Jamie. Taking advantage of small business owners and other women. Mind you, I purchased to machine because they gave a "2 year warranty" HA, how the heck am I supposed to have a warranty with a business that doesn't exist anymore? 5 GRAND DOWN THE DRAIN. All the other reviews are true. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible Equipment and Even Worse Customer Service

**Update**
After a wild ride, my issue has since been resolved. I was sent a new unit after mine was discovered to be defective at no fault of mine or the company but due to the manufacturer of the machine which explains its intermittent nature. I have had much better response times from the company and I hope that support continues. If it does I will happily recommend to 5 stars because when this equipment works, I love it and so do my clients. I am an independent esthetician so problems like this lose me a lot of income and clients and it's incredibly terrifying as a small business owner.

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I have not had a functioning machine since the day I bought it. From the day I opened the box, it didn't even have everything I needed to operate it. I should have taken that as a sign and just asked for a full refund right away. It's been 6 months and still no resolution. I've been sent gifts to apologize for mistakes but even that equipment worked once and then never worked again. There's nothing more humiliating than having your equipment stop working in the middle of a facial service. My clients have lost all faith in this service and I've had to issue hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in refunds for packages purchased. All I ask for is honesty and accountability and all I get in return is vague AI responses, broken promises or no response at all. I'm tired of being asked to pay more money for something I didn't break. I have been patient for months but I can't be patient anymore. Please do not purchase from this company. 5k is a lot of money for an independent person like me to spend. There are other options out there. Reach out to other pros for support.

Without leaving a saga here…..

Without leaving a saga here, I will just say that I have never had an experience like this. The machine arrived faulty and they did anything they could to avoid a refund and or replacing the machine. Thats a sign that this is a fly by night company that really does not end up being an industry leader. A lot of upfront promises and when it came to doing they right thing the most I was promised was “we will look at the machine “ which made me just give up as I couldn’t waste any more time away from clients after LOSING MONEY trying to continually trouble shoot . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY .

I rarely leave negative reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bellatrix has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The equipment we purchased has had ongoing issues since we received it. We’ve lost both time and money dealing with repeated malfunctions.

Customer service has been very difficult to work with. Communication is inconsistent, and when we finally do get a response, the solution is always more troubleshooting on our end. Now they want us to pay out of pocket to ship the machine back for repairs, despite the issues being present since early on.

For a machine that cost around $5,000, this level of unreliability and lack of support is unacceptable. As a business owner, downtime directly affects my income, and this has been a stressful and costly experience.

I would strongly caution other spa owners and estheticians before purchasing from this company.
