Luisa our trainer was fantastic, she was super professional whilst kind and caring.
Luisa made sure we were all confident with each element before moving on to the next.
Would definitely recommend luisa and belle academy as an experience. 😊

One of the only reasons I’m giving this a 4 starb is the tutors I had Louisa and Omega! Brilliant tutors!! They done their utmost to answer any queries and give support where they could! I feel they had a tricky group as we had a few other hairdressing teachers in our group who I feel were clearly not happy with the course itself and made it a little difficult at times for the tutors! I did at times feel the course was rushed however I don’t feel that was down to the tutors I think learning 9 different methods in 2 days isn’t really long enough. I also think that the room we were given was far too small for the group size we all were sat on top of eachother which wasn’t ideal. Another thing I would suggest is possibly having separate groups for people with hairdressing experience and people without as I found that because I was surrounded by people with experience who thought they knew better my own experience was dampened unfortunately. Again I want to give my praises to our tutors that done the most and more with what they had! I would train with them again in a heartbeat!!

After attending one of the two days courses in Nottingham last year January 30th & 31st 2024.
( Date on the review will not go back that far so its set for 30th January 2025 I attended 2024.) Myself and 9 others on the course all put complaints in as this company did not follow their own Terms and conditions and the tutors were very unprofessional. After the advice from citizens advice I did a charge back with my bank and won the case due to Belle Academy not contesting this. 5 days later Belle Academy applied to small claim court. I paid £525.00 for the course in the first place & this company wanted me to pay them back £1,321.76 for things I never had or received. Today I attended small claims court and won the case due to them being unprofessional and not even bothering to turn up to the court case that they applied for. Please Avoid this company at all costs. If you are thinking of booking with this company Please Make sure you read all their terms & conditions etc before commiting yourself otherwise you may find yourself in the same position I was in.
