I've been ordering and enjoying products from Belle and Herbs for a few years now having first seen them on a Hairy Bikers episode. They make the most wonderful ferments, with the red onion one being an absolute favourite. Their kimchi (of all types) is also great, as is the chilli jam, and all of my family love their food, and have been inspired to make their own and eat more fermented foods as a matter of course. I love the community ethics of this company as well, and hope people will support what they do. They're wonderful.

Best Kimchi in town and from a far! Their kimchi is absolutely delicious - it exudes quality and is really crispy and fresh - made by a small family run business who go above and beyond to ensure good customer service.I look forward to trying their other fermented ranges. Highly recommended.

This is the best Kimchi I had so far. Perfect balance both in texture and flavour. My first order I ordered two 1kg jars of Kimchi, after I had the first jar I opened the second one which had become quite fizzy despite keeping it in the fridge, this shows how much goodness was contained in the jar as it continued to ferment nicely. I also bought the Shan Tjin which is amazing. Wasn't too keen on the Sour Mustard Greens but just placed another order for Kimchi and Shan Tijn and also ordered the Gherkins and Red Onion, can't wait for it to be delivered!

This is a very good fermented food manufacturer the best I've ever tasted I've been diagnosed with diverticulitis, I've been buying the kimchi it has relieved me of all my symptoms I feel much better since I started eating bell & Herbs fermented foods give it a go it probably will help if you have any bowel or digestive problems, excellent thanks.

I am a new convert to Kimchi and this is the best I have had so far. Easy to order too and arrives promptly. I am trying the extra spicy this time, but I do hope my head stays on!! My only quibble is the lid on the container. It is difficult for old hands to get off initially and then, I was never able to get it back on securely. It is too big to use the handy gadget I have for most lids and a few times, I was in danger of dropping the jar on the floor as I thought the lid was secure and it wasn't. Still, I shall keep buying for the wonderful taste.

Amazing kimchi, absolutely delicious (award winner for a reason). Bought a kilo and gone through it in a week. Quick delivery. Can’t wait to order the 2kg next haha.

Trying to improve our gut biome with some success. Belle and Herbs Farm ferments kimchi, kraut etc. have contributed I am sure. Their award winning kimchi and yellow kraut are superb. Intend to sample the complete range in the next few weeks and I don’t anticipate being disappointed. Bravo Belle and Herb.
